Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 組成式がSrO・2(FeO)・n(Fe2O3)であり、nが7.2〜7.7を満足する組 成からなり、焼結体の平均結晶粒子が2μm以下、(BH)maxが5MGOe以上であるフェ ライト磁石。 2 SrCO3とFe2O3を1:8.2〜8.7のモル比で混合した原料粉末にC0.3 〜5.0wt%を添加し、仮焼した後、CaO 0.3〜1.5wt%、SiO2 0.1〜0.6wt%、C 0 .1〜0.5wt%をそれぞれ添加後、平均粒径0.06μm以下に粉砕し、得られた粉砕粉 を磁場中で成形した後、非酸化性雰囲気中で焼結するフェライト磁石の製造方法 。 3 仮焼後に、Cr2O3 0.2〜0.8wt%、CoO 0.2〜0.8wt%の少なくとも 1種を添加する請求項2記載のフェライト磁石の製造方法。 4 成形体を100〜200℃の温度で乾燥させる請求項2記載のフェライ ト磁石の製造方法。 5 焼結時に酸化剤あるいは還元剤を添加する請求項2記載のフェラ イト磁石の製造方法。 6 SrCO3とFe2O3を1:8.2〜8.7のモル比で混合され、さらにC0.3〜5 .0wt%を添加され、仮焼後に粉砕されてなるフェライト磁石用粉末。 7 SrCO3とFe2O3を1:8.2〜8.7のモル比で混合した原料粉末にC0.3 〜5.0wt%を添加し、仮焼した後、これを粉砕するフェライト磁石用粉末の製造 方法。
