Claims (6)
- 식물 재료에서 이종 단백질성 물질의 생산 방법에 있어서, 상기 식물 재료로서 프로토네마 이끼의 조직이 이용되고, 상기 단백질성 물질은 조직 또는 세포의 생성을 방해하지 않으면서 배양액으로부터 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 물질의 생산 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배양액으로 분비된 상기 단백질성 물질은 생물학적으로 활성적인 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질성 물질의 생산 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 배양액은 당분, 비타민 및 식물 성장 호르몬 또는 상기 물질들의 기능성 절편을 포함하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 단백질성 물질의 생산 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이끼 조직은 우산이끼를 포함하는 이끼 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 단백질성 물질의 생산 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 이끼 조직은 피스코미트렐라 (Physcomitrella), 푸나리아 (Funaria), 스파그넘 (Sphagnum) 및 세라토돈 (Ceratodon) 으로 구성된 군의 이끼로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 단백질성 물질의 생산 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 이끼 조직이 마르찬티아 (Marchantia) 및 스페로카포스 (Sphaerocarpos)로 구성된 군의 우산이끼로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 단백질성 물질의 생산 방법.
