Claims (8)
- 일반식 : LiaPbMcOdNe(식중, M은 Si, B, Ge, Al, C, Ga 및 S로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, 또한 a, b, c, d 및 e는, 각각 a= 0.62 ∼4.98, b= 0.01∼0.99, c= 0.01∼0.99, d= 1.070∼3.985, e= 0.01∼0.50, 및 b+c= 1.0을 충족한다.)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식에 있어서, a= 0.62∼2.98, b= 0.01∼0.99, c= 0.01∼0.99, d= 1.070∼3.965, e= 0.01∼0.50, 및 b+c= 1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식에 있어서, a= 1.61∼2.99, b= 0.01∼0.99, c= 0.01∼0.99, d= 2.060∼3.975, e= 0.01∼0.50, 및 b+c= 1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는고체전해질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 식에 있어서, a= 1.61∼2.99, b= 0.01∼0.99, c= 0.01∼0.99, d= 3.050∼3.985, e= 0.01∼0.50, 및 b+c= 1.0인 것을 특징으로 하는고체전해질.
