Claims (7)
- 기체 상에 형성된 한 쌍의 전극 간에 적어도 한 층의 발광층을 가지고, 이 발광층 안에 적어도 2종 이상의 발광중심재료가 함유된 유기발광소자에 있어서,발광중심재료의 적어도 1종 이상이 인광발광재료이며, 가장 단파장의 광을 발광하는 발광중심재료의 여기수명이, 다른 발광중심재료의 여기수명보다 짧은 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발광중심재료가 청색소재료, 녹색소재료, 적색소재료로 이루어지고, 청색소재료의 여기수명 τB, 녹색소재료의 여기수명 τG, 적색소재료의 여기수명 τR의 사이에 τB<τR,τB<τG의 관계가 성립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 청색소재료가 형광발광재료이며, 상기 녹색소재료와 적색소재료가 인광발광재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 저분자재료와 발광중심재료와의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발광층이 고분자재료와 발광중심재료와의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광소자.
- 제 1항에 기재된 유기발광소자와 이 유기발광소자를 구동하기 위한 구동수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 기체 상에 스위칭소자를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
