Claims (11)

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환원 제1 단계에서 환원 금속의 용융물을 니오브 산화물 또는 탄탈 산화물 또는 이들 둘 다의 산소 함량에 대해 1.25배 이상 과량으로 반응기에 넣고, 환원 제1 단계에서의 환원 반응의 발열에 의한 온도가 750 ℃ 미만으로 떨어지지 않으며 950 ℃를 넘지 않도록 산화물을 점차적으로 상기 용융물에 칭량 투입하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 용융물을 교반하면서 산화물을 칭량 첨가하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 환원 생성물을 연속식 또는 뱃치식으로 방출하면서, 산화물 및 환원 금속을 반응기에 있는 환원 금속의 용융물에 동시에 또는 교대로 칭량 첨가하여 환원 제1 단계를 연속적으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환원 제1 단계 또는 환원 제2 단계 또는 이들 둘 다의 단계 이후에, 얻어진 환원 생성물을 P, B, S 및 N으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 함유하는 도판트 물질로 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 니오브 산화물로는 Nb2O5를 사용하고, 환원 금속으로는 마그네슘을 사용하는 방법.
- 0.1 내지 1 ㎛ 직경의 1차 입도를 가지며, 마스터사이저로 측정한 응집체 직경 분산도가 100 내지 300 ㎛의 D50에 상응하는 니오브 분말 응집체.
- 제8항에 있어서, BET 비표면적이 2 내지 15 m2/g인 니오브 분말 응집체.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 1,150 ℃에서 20분 동안 소결시키고 이 응집체 의 소결 생성물을 40 볼트에서 포밍시킨 후, 70,000 내지 360,000 μFV/g의 정전 용량 및 0.5 내지 1.5 nA/μFV의 누설 전류 밀도를 나타내는 물리적 특성 및 전기적 특성의 니오브 분말 응집체.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 1,150 ℃에서 20분 동안 소결시키고 이 응집체의 소결 생성물을 16 볼트에서 포밍시킨 후, 120,000 내지 380,000 μFV/g의 정전용량 및 0.7 내지 2 nA/μFV의 누설 전류 밀도를 나타내는 물리적 특성 및 전기적 특성의 니오브 분말 응집체.
