Description
Claims (7)
- 종동 샤프트에 고정되어 커플링될 수 있고, 충격 휠 케이싱(2)내에 장착되며, 상기 충격 휠에 고정되어 커플링될 수 있는 구동 샤프트로부터 상기 종동 샤프트까지 토크의 유체 동역학적 전달에 협력할 수 있는 터빈 휠(1)을 포함한 유체 동역학적 커플링 장치(a hydrokinetic coupling apparatus)로서, 상기 커플링 장치가 상기 터빈 휠(1)과 상기 케이싱의 반경방향의 벽(2a) 사이에, 상기 터빈 휠(1)에 대하여 고정되고, 상기 반경방향의 벽(2a)을 향하여 축방향으로 개방된 상기 아치형의 안착부(24)의 위치에 지탱되는 일 세트의 원주방향으로 작용하는 헬리컬 감쇠 스프링(22)을 통하여 탄성 커플링을 잠그거나 풀리게 하기에 적합한 소위 잠금 클러치(lock-up clutch)로 불리는 클러치 디스크(5)를 구비한 클러치 장치를 더 포함한, 유체 동역학적 커플링 장치에 있어서,상기 아치형의 안착부(24)가 성형 가능한 재료로 제조된 터빈 휠(1)의 두꺼운 외주면 부분(25)에 직접 형성되도록 하고, 상기 안착부(24)의 대향 반경방향의 단부(26)가 상기 스프링(22)의 대응하는 단부에 대한 접촉부로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는유체 동역학적 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성형 가능한 재료가 합성 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는유체 동역학적 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성형 가능한 재료가 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는유체 동역학적 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 터빈 휠(1)이 성형 재료에 의해 전체적으로 제조되고, 상기 종동 샤프트에 연결하기 위한 그것의 허브를 포함하며, 상기 허브가 스플라인이 종동 샤프트와 함께 회전하도록 그것과 커플링되도록 성형된 금속 인서트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는유체 동역학적 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성형 가능한 재료가 상기 종동 샤프트에 연결되도록 하는 중앙의 금속 디스크(23)상에 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체 동역학적 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아치형의 안착부(24)의 상기 반경방향의 단부(26) 및/또는 그들의 외부 벽은 금속 트러스트 피스(28)로 구성되며, 상기 금속 트러스트 피스(28)상에 상기 성형가능한 재료가 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체 동역학적 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 안착부(24)가 금속 인서트(31)로 구성되며, 상기 터빈 휠(1)의 상기 성형 가능한 재료가 상기 인서트상에 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체 동역학적 커플링 장치.
