Claims (2)
- 일반식 a〔(SrbCa1 - b)TiO3〕-(1-a)〔Bi 2O3ㆍnTiO2〕(단, a, b는 몰비, n은 Bi2O3에 대한 TiO2의 몰비를 나타낸다.)로 표현되는 주성분과,상기 주성분 100중량부에 대하여, 각각, w중량부의 MgTiO3, x중량부의 SiO2, MnCO3로 환산하여 y중량부의 MnOm, 및 z중량부의 LnOk(단, m은 1∼2이다. 또한, Ln은 La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho 및 Er에서 선택된 1종이상의 원소이며, k는 LnOk가 전기적 중성을 만족하도록 1.5∼2 사이의 값을 취할 수 있다.)를 포함하는 부성분을 함유하고,상기 a, b, n, w, x, y, 및 z가,0.90≤a≤0.95,0.90≤b≤0.95,1.8≤n≤3.0,5.0≤w≤10.0,0.1≤x≤1.0,0.1≤y≤0.3,1.0≤z≤5.0을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 이루어지는 세라믹 소결체의 표면에 전극부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 전자 부품.
