Claims (4)
- 연료탱크에 대한 연료공급로의 종단부에 형성된 밸브실의 밸브 시트면에 대향하는 단차면과, 상기 단차면에 일측 홈벽을 연속시키도록 형성된 둘레홈을 가짐과 아울러, 밸브 시트면에 둘러싸인 유입구를 폐쇄하는 방향으로 항시 탄지되는 밸브 본체와,상기 밸브 본체의 둘레홈에 끼워 넣어지는 링형상을 이룸과 아울러, 외주부에 상기 단차면 위로 돌출되는 지느러미 형상부를 구비한 탄성 밀봉체로 이루어지며,밸브 본체의 상기 탄지에 의해서 지느러미 형상부를 밸브 시트면에 눌러 붙여서 밸브를 폐쇄함으로써 연료의 역류를 저지하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역지밸브용 밸브체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 탄성 밀봉체가 상기 밸브 본체의 둘레홈에 끼워 넣어지는 단치수의 통형상부를 가지고 있으며, 상기 통형상부의 외주부에서 지느러미 형상부를 돌출시키도록 형성되어 있음과 아울러, 상기 지느러미 형상부에 있어서의 상기 밸브 시트면을 향하는 측의 반대측에 지느러미 지지부를 가지고 있고,상기 둘레홈의 타측 홈벽과 단차면과의 사이의 밸브체의 이동방향을 따른 치 수보다도 상기 타측 홈벽에 접하는 통형상부의 일측 단부와 지느러미 지지부의 선단과의 사이의 밸브체의 이동방향을 따른 치수가 약간 크게 되도록 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역지밸브용 밸브체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서상기 탄성 밀봉체가 상기 밸브 본체의 둘레홈에 끼워 넣어지는 내주연부와 상기 단차면 상에 지지되는 외주연부를 가지고 있고, 상기 지느러미 형상부는 상기 외주연부에서 돌출되도록 형성됨과 아울러,상기 둘레홈의 타측 홈벽과 단차면과의 사이의 밸브체의 이동방향을 따른 치수보다도 상기 타측 홈벽에 접하는 내주연부의 코너부와 단차면에 접하는 외주연부의 코너부와의 사이의 밸브체의 이동방향을 따른 치수가 약간 크게 되도록 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역지밸브용 밸브체.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 탄성 밀봉체의 지느러미 형상부가 그 선단을 향함에 따라서 상기 밸브체의 이동중심선으로부터 점차 멀어지도록 경사형상으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역지밸브용 밸브체.
