Description
(1)燃料タンクへの燃料供給路の終端部に形成された弁室の周回弁座面に向き合う周回状段差面と、この周回状段差面に一方溝壁を連続させるように形成された周回溝とを有すると共に、周回弁座面に囲繞された流入口を塞ぐ向きに常時付勢される弁体本体と、
(2)この弁体本体の周回溝にはめ込まれるリング状をなすと共に、外周部に周回状段差面上に張り出す周回鰭状部を備えた弾性シール体とよりなり、
(3)弁体本体の前記付勢により周回鰭状部を周回弁座面に押し付けて燃料の逆流を閉弁阻止するようになっている。
周回鰭状部における周回弁座面に向けられる側と反対の側に周回支持鰭部を有しており、
周回溝の他方溝壁と周回状段差面との間の弁体の移動方向に沿った寸法よりも、はめ込まれてこの他方溝壁に接する筒状部の一方筒端と周回支持鰭部の鰭先端との間の弁体の移動方向に沿った寸法がやや大きくなるようにしておくこともある。
周回溝の他方溝壁と周回状段差面との間の弁体の移動方向に沿った寸法よりも、はめ込まれてこの他方溝壁に接する内縁部の隅部と周回状段差面に接する外縁部の隅部との間の弁体の移動方向に沿った寸法がやや大きくなるようにしておくこともある。
周回鰭状部111における周回弁座面24に向けられる側と反対の側に周回支持鰭部114を有しており、
さらに、周回溝102の他方溝壁102aと周回状段差面101との間の弁体1の移動方向xに沿った寸法α1よりも、はめ込まれてこの他方溝壁102aに接する筒状部113の一方筒端113aと周回支持鰭部114の鰭先端114aとの間の弁体1の移動方向xに沿った寸法α2がやや大きくなるようにしてある。
周回溝102の他方溝壁102aと周回状段差面101との間の弁体1の移動方向xに沿った寸法α1よりも、はめ込まれてこの他方溝壁102aに接する内縁部115の隅部115aと周回状段差面101に接する外縁部116の隅部116aとの間の弁体1の移動方向xに沿った寸法α3がやや大きくなるようにしてある。

Claims (3)
- 燃料タンクへの燃料供給路の終端部に形成された弁室の周回弁座面に向き合う周回状段差面と、この周回状段差面に一方溝壁を連続させるように形成された周回溝とを有すると共に、周回弁座面に囲繞された流入口を塞ぐ向きに常時付勢される弁体本体と、
この弁体本体の周回溝にはめ込まれるリング状をなすと共に、外周部に周回状段差面上に張り出す周回鰭状部を備えた弾性シール体とよりなり、
弁体本体の前記付勢により周回鰭状部を周回弁座面に押し付けて燃料の逆流を閉弁阻止するようになっており、
しかも、弾性シール体が、弁体本体の周回溝にはめ込まれる短寸の筒状部を有しており、この筒状部の外周部から周回鰭状部を突き出すように形成されていると共に、
周回鰭状部における周回弁座面に向けられる側と反対の側に周回支持鰭部を有しており、
周回溝の他方溝壁と周回状段差面との間の弁体の移動方向に沿った寸法よりも、はめ込まれてこの他方溝壁に接する筒状部の一方筒端と周回支持鰭部の鰭先端との間の弁体の移動方向に沿った寸法がやや大きくなるようにしてあることを特徴とする逆流防止弁用弁体。 - 燃料タンクへの燃料供給路の終端部に形成された弁室の周回弁座面に向き合う周回状段差面と、この周回状段差面に一方溝壁を連続させるように形成された周回溝とを有すると共に、周回弁座面に囲繞された流入口を塞ぐ向きに常時付勢される弁体本体と、

しかも、弾性シール体が、弁体本体の周回溝にはめ込まれる内縁部と、周回状段差面上に支持される外縁部とを有しており、周回鰭状部はこの外縁部から突き出すように形成されていると共に、
周回溝の他方溝壁と周回状段差面との間の弁体の移動方向に沿った寸法よりも、はめ込まれてこの他方溝壁に接する内縁部の隅部と周回状段差面に接する外縁部の隅部との間の弁体の移動方向に沿った寸法がやや大きくなるようにしてあることを特徴とする逆流防止弁用弁体。 - 弾性シール体の周回鰭状部が、鰭先端に向かうに連れて、弁体の移動中心線から次第に離れるように傾斜状に突き出されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の逆流防止弁用弁体。
