- 0.3 ㎛ 이하의 직경에 대한 분산도가 80 중량% 이상이고, 결정 크기가 50 Å 미만인 알루미늄 수화물의 제조 방법으로서,1. 알루미늄 산의 공급원과 염기 또는 알루미늄의 염기성 공급원과 산을 혼합하여 알루미늄 일수화물을 침전시키는 단계,2. 숙성시키는 단계,3. 여과하는 단계,4. 세척하는 단계, 및5. 건조시키는 단계를 수행하며, 상기 단계 1의 혼합은 역혼합 부재하에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 혼합은 플러그 흐름 반응기에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1의 혼합은 정적 혼합기에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 0.3 ㎛ 이하의 직경에 대한 분산도가 80 중량% 이상이고, 결정 크기가 50 Å 미만인 알루미늄 수화물의 제조 방법으로서,1'. 50℃ 내지 95℃ 범위의 온도에서, 역혼합이 존재하는 교반 반응기에 6 내지 8.5 범위의 pH에서 황산알루미늄과 염기를 혼합하는 단계,2'. pH 범위 9 내지 11, 60℃ 내지 90℃ 범위의 온도에서 숙성시키는 단계,3'. 여과하는 단계,4'. 세척하는 단계, 및5'. 건조시키는 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 염기는 알루민산나트륨 또는 알루민산칼륨과 같은 염기성 알루미늄 염 중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1' 동안, pH 범위는 6.5 내지 8.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1' 동안, pH 범위는 6.5 내지 7인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
