Claims (7)
- 기계식 프레스의 간헐 피딩장치로 코일재료를 피딩하는 코일재료 피딩장치에 있어서,간헐 피딩장치의 재료 유입부의 상류측상에 배치되는 1쌍의 피딩롤러를 포함하고 코일재료의 적정 루프를 형성하면서 상기 간헐 피딩장치로 코일재료를 피딩하는 코일재료 피딩부, 상기 피딩롤러를 구동하는 서보모터, 각각 대략 일 직선으로 배치되고 진행방향으로 번갈아 전이된(shifted) 위치에 있는 복수의 롤러를 갖는 상부 및 하부 롤러라인이 간헐 피딩장치를 향하여 피딩되는 코일재료가 상기 상부 롤러라인과 하부 롤러라인 사이의 갭을 통과하도록 구성되고 상기 피딩롤러의 상류측 또는 하류측상에 자리하는 재료교정부 및 상기 재료교정부의 상기 상부와 하부 롤러라인 사이의 갭의 간격을 조정하는 높이조정기구;상기 코일재료 피딩부의 하류측상에 제공되고 상기 코일재료의 루프량을 검출하는 위치센서;상기 위치센서의 신호출력을 기초로 하여 상기 서보모터를 제어함으로써 상기 피딩롤러에 의한 상기 코일재료의 피딩량을 제어하는 제어장치; 및상기 코일재료 피딩부의 장착각도가, 일 조건에 적합하도록 상기 코일재료의 피딩 각도를 변화시키는 방식으로 조정가능한 상태로 상기 코일재료 피딩부를 잡아주는 스탠드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일재료 피딩장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 롤러라인은 큰 토크에 의하여 코일재료를 강하게 밀어내는 1쌍의 큰 직경 롤러와, 상기 코일재료를 교정하기 위하여 작은 굽힘과 폄을 반복하는 복수의 작은 직경의 롤러라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일재료 피딩장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 큰 직경의 피딩롤러 및 상기 작은 직경의 롤러라인에는 각각의 거리조정기구가 독립적으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일재료 피딩장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 큰 직경의 피딩롤러를 위한 회전구동은 상기 작은 직경의 롤러라인으로 전달되어 작은 직경의 롤러라인의 회전이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일재료 피딩장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 큰 직경의 피딩롤러를 위한 회전 구동이 작은 직경의 롤러라인으로 전달되어 상기 작은 직경의 롤러라인의 회전이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일재료 피딩장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스탠드는 상기 코일재료 피딩부(22)의 높이를 조절하는 높이조정장치(20)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일재료 피딩장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,코일재료 피딩부(22)는 지지점으로서 한 지점에서 상기 스탠드 상에 회전가능하게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일재료 피딩장치.
