Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 고압 펌프에 있어서,플런저(12)와;상기 플런저를 수용하기 위한 실린더(4a)와 상기 실린더와 연통하는 압축실(14)을 가지며, 상기 플런저를 왕복운동시킴으로써 압축실내의 유체를 압축시키기 위한 실린더 몸체(4)와;상기 실린더 몸체의 2 측부에 배열되고 각각 탄성을 갖는 2개의 클램핑 부재(6,8)와;상기 실린더 몸체를 2개의 클램핑 부재로 고정하기 위해 상기 2개의 클램핑 부재들 사이로 연장하는 클램핑 볼트(40); 및상기 압축실에서의 유체가 압축될 때 상기 압축실로부터의 반발력을 수용하도록 배치된 전자기 밸브(10)를 포함하며, 상기 전자기 밸브는 클램핑 볼트에 의해 상기 실린더 몸체에 적용되는 클램핑력을 감소시키기 위한 베이스판(10f)과 함께 2개의 클램핑 부재들중 하나의 외측에서 상기 실린더 몸체가 클램핑 볼트에 의해 고정되는 측부의 반대쪽 측부에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 밸브는 상기 압축실과 대향하여 배열되며, 상기 압축실로부터 저압 영역(T)으로의 유체의 이동을 차단함으로써 상기 압축실의 유체를 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 유체는 실린더 분사식 내연기관용으로 사용되는 연료인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 밸브가 부착되는 클램핑 부재(6)와는 다른 클램핑 부재(8)는 내연기관의 실린더 헤드 커버(52)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 플런저는 내연기관의 회전과 협동하여 회전하는 연료 펌프 캠(34)에 의해 구동되며, 상기 실린더에서 왕복운동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 2개의 클램핑 부재들 중 하나에 상기 베이스판을 고정하기 위한 부착 볼트(10e)를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 밸브는 상기 베이스판에 의해 상기 부착 볼트를 들어올리는 방향으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전자기 밸브를 상기 2개의 클램핑 부재들 중 하나에 부착하기 위한 부착 볼트(10e)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 몸체의 클램핑 볼트(40)에 의해 발생된 클램핑력과 상기 부착 볼트(10e)의 클램핑력은 각각의 볼트의 축방향과 반대 방향으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 몸체의 클램핑 볼트(40)와 부착 볼트(10e)는 축방향에서 서로 벗어난 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
