Description
Claims (8)
- 고압 펌프에 있어서,플런저(12)와;상기 플런저를 수용하기 위한 실린더(4a)와 상기 실린더와 연통하는 압축실(14)을 가지며, 상기 플런저를 왕복운동시킴으로써 압축실에 있어서의 유체를 압축시키기 위한 실린더 몸체(4)를 포함하는 중간 부재(4,22,24)와;상기 중간 부재의 2 측부 상에 배열된 2개의 클램핑 부재(6,8)와;상기 중간 부재를 2개의 클램핑 부재로 클램프하기 위해 상기 2개의 클램핑 부재들 사이로 연장하는 클램핑 볼트(40); 및상기 압축실에서의 유체가 압축될 때 상기 압축실로부터의 반발력을 수용하기 위한 부재(10)를 포함하며, 상기 반발력을 수용하기 위한 부재는 클램핑 볼트에 의해 상기 중간 부재에 제공되는 클램핑력을 감소시키기 위한 위치에서 2개의 클램핑 부재들 중 하나에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반발력을 수용하기 위한 부재는 상기 중간 부재가 클램핑 볼트에 의해 클램프되는 측부의 반대쪽 측부에서 2개의 클램핑 부재들 중 하나에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 반발력을 수용하기 위한 부재는 상기 압축실과 대향배열되며, 상기 압축실로부터 저압 영역(T)으로의 유체의 이동을 차단함으로써 상기 압축실의 유체를 압축시키기 위한 전자기 밸브(10)로서 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 유체는 실린더 분사식 내연기관용으로 사용되는 연료인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 반발력을 수용하기 위한 부재가 부착되는 클램핑 부재(6)와는 다른 클램핑 부재(8)는 내연기관의 실린더 헤드 커버(52)에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 플런저는 내연기관의 회전과 협동하여 회전하는 연료 펌프 캠(35)에 의해 구동되며, 상기 실린더에서 왕복운동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반발력을 수용하기 위한 부재는 베이스판(10f)을 포함하며, 상기 고압 펌프는 2개의 클램핑 부재들 중 하나에 상기 베이스판을 고정하기 위한 부착 볼트(10e)를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 압축실로부터의 반발력은 상기 베이스판에 의해 상기 부착 볼트를 리프팅하기 위한 방향으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압 펌프.
