技术领域:
本发明属于液态变容式机械技术领域,具体涉及一种压装法兰柱塞套结构。
背景技术:
在喷油泵中,柱塞套与出油阀以及出油阀接头之间的密封一直是一个技术难点,而采用法兰柱塞套结构,该问题更加突出。
目前常规柱塞套结构有两种,一种是采用常规柱塞套组装成的法兰柱塞套,其密封面取上端面,这种结构的加工难度较低,通过精密加工可以保证高压密封,但柱塞套强度、刚度不足。一种是整体法兰柱塞套,通常采用内端面与出油阀密封,但也正由于该端面是内端面,很难采用磨削或研磨的方法达到密封所需的形状、位置和表面精度,密封效果差。
发明内容:
本发明正是为了解决现有技术的不足,而提出一种压装法兰柱塞套结构。
本发明的技术方案是:一种压装法兰柱塞套结构,由柱塞套、密封垫、出油阀接头、法兰盘、压紧螺母组成,柱塞套内压装密封垫,密封垫由出油阀接头压紧在柱塞套内端面,法兰盘压装在出油阀接头外部并与柱塞套上端面贴合,法兰盘上部压装压紧螺母。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下步骤进一步完善:
柱塞套内部为阶梯孔结构,阶梯孔为φ14-M24mm,外径为φ20-φ38mm、长度为78mm、材料38CrMoAl-GJB1356-1992。
本发明的有益效果:采用该结构,密封性能好,在设计方面降低了密封面的精度要求,简化了加工工艺。

本发明的最佳实施例如图1所示,一种压装法兰柱塞套结构,由柱塞套1、密封垫2、出油阀接头3、法兰盘4、压紧螺母5组成。柱塞套1内部为阶梯孔结构,阶梯孔为φ14-M24mm,外径为φ20-φ38mm、长度为78mm、材料38CrMoAl-GJB1356-1992。密封垫2由出油阀接头3按150-0-150N·m的拧紧力矩压紧在柱塞套1内端面,法兰盘4压装在出油阀接头3外部并与柱塞套1上端面贴合,在出油阀接头3外部旋装压紧螺母5并与法兰盘4上端面贴合。

Claims (2)

1.一种压装法兰柱塞套结构,其特征在于:由柱塞套(1)、密封垫(2)、出油阀接头(3)、法兰盘(4)、压紧螺母(5)组成,柱塞套(1)内压装密封垫(2),密封垫(2)由出油阀接头(3)压紧在柱塞套(1)内端面,法兰盘(4)压装在出油阀接头(3)外部并与柱塞套(1)上端面贴合,法兰盘(4)上部压装压紧螺母(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压装法兰柱塞套结构,其特征在于:所说的柱塞套(1)内部为阶梯孔结构,阶梯孔为φ14-M24mm,外径为φ20-φ38mm、长度为78mm、材料38CrMoAl-GJB1356-1992。
