- 상온에서 반고체 상태 또는 고체 상태인 이소시아네이트 그룹 함유량이 1.0 내지 6.0 중량%이고, 120℃에서의 용융 점도가 1,000 내지 50,000 mPa·s인 반응성 고온 용융 우레탄 접착제인 이소시아네이트 그룹 함유 우레탄 예비 중합체를 가열용융하고,이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응할 수 있는 화합물 및 우레탄 경화촉매, 또는 우레탄 경화 촉매만을 상온으로 유지하거나 또는 가열하고,이들을 각각, 온도가 상기 가열용융시킨 이소시아네이트 그룹 함유 우레탄 예비 중합체의 액체 온도 ±30℃의 범위로 유지된 믹싱 헤드에 주입하고,상기 이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응할 수 있는 화합물 및 우레탄 경화 촉매의 양, 또는 상기 경화촉매 만의 양이 상기 이소시아네이트 그룹 함유 우레탄 예비 중합체의 반응 당량 이하의 양이 되도록 700 내지 7,000 rpm의 범위에서 고속 교반 혼합하여 기계 발포하고 냉각하는 것에 의한 폴리우레탄 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 그룹 함유 우레탄 예비 중합체를 60 내지 250℃로 가열용융하고, 상기 이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응할 수 있는 화합물 및 우레탄 경화 촉매, 또는 상기 우레탄 경화촉매만을 상온 내지 230℃로 가열하는 폴리우레탄 다공질체의 제조방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기계 발포 후, 수득되는 발포물을 토출하고, 클리어런스 피복기를 사용하여 균일하게 도포한 다음, 냉각을 행하는 폴리우레탄 다공질체의 제조방법.

- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 그룹 함유 우레탄 예비 중합체를 60 내지 250℃로 가열용융하고, 상기 이소시아네이트 그룹과 반응할 수 있는 화합물 및 우레탄 경화 촉매, 또는 상기 우레탄 경화촉매만을 상온 내지 230℃로 가열하는 폴리우레탄 다공질체 시트상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 발포물을 토출하고, 클리어런스 피복기를 사용하여 균일하게 도포한 다음, 상기 시트 형상물에 접합한 후, 냉각을 행하는 폴리우레탄 다공질체 시트상 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제17항 또는 제18항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 폴리우레탄 다공질체 시트상 구조물.
- 제19항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 폴리우레탄 다공질체 시트상 구조물.
