(여기에, H2O/H2 : 분위기 중의 수분과 수소가스의 분압비, [C] : 강중 C량 (mass%) 을 나타낸다)
을 만족시키는 분위기 중에서 800 ∼ 1000℃ 온도로 가열한 후 냉각시키고 산세 감량이 Fe 환산으로 0.05 ∼ 5g/㎡ 이 되는 조건에서 강판 표면을 산세하고, 이어서 연속식 용융아연도금 라인에서 재차 강판을 700 ∼ 850℃ 온도로 가열한 후 용융아연도금 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도-연성 밸런스와 도금 밀착성이 우수한 용융아연도금 강판의 제조방법.

Claims (5)
- 용융아연도금 강판의 지철 평균 조성으로C : 0.05 ∼ 0.25 mass%,Si : 2.0 mass% 이하,Mn : 1.0 ∼ 2.5 mass% 및Al : 0.005 ∼ 0.10 mass%을 함유하는 조성이 되고, 도금층 바로 아래의 지철 표층부의 C 농도가 0.02 mass% 이하이고, 또한 지철 조직이 템퍼링 마르텐사이트상과 미세 마르텐사이트상을 합하여 50% 이상의 분율로 마르텐사이트상을 함유하며, 잔부는 페라이트상 및 잔류 오스테나이트상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 강도-연성 밸런스와 도금 밀착성이 우수한 용융아연도금 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도금층 바로 아래의 지철 표층부에서 C 농도가 0.02 mass% 이하인 영역의 결정립계 및 결정립 내의 적어도 한쪽에 Si 산화물, Mn 산화물, Fe 산화물 또는 이들 복합 산화물, 또는 이들 산화물 중에서 선택된 1 종류 이상을 함유한 산화물이 존재하고, 또한 지철 표층부에서의 산화물 생성량이 산소량으로 환산하여 1 ∼ 200mass-ppm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 강도-연성 밸런스와 도금 밀착성이 우수한 용융아연도금 강판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 도금층 중의 Fe 함유량이 8 ∼ 12 mass% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 강도-연성 밸런스와 도금 밀착성이 우수한 용융아연도금 강판.
- 강판 평균 조성으로C : 0.05 ∼ 0.25 mass%,Si : 2.0 mass% 이하,Mn : 1.0 ∼ 2.5 mass% 및Al : 0.005 ∼ 0.10 mass%을 함유하는 조성이 되는 열연강판 또는 냉연강판을 하기식:log(H2O/H2)≥2.5[C]-3.5(여기서, H2O/H2 : 분위기 중의 수분과 수소가스의 분압비, [C] : 강중 C량 (mass%) 을 나타낸다)을 만족시키는 분위기 중에서 800 ∼ 1000℃ 온도로 가열한 후, 냉각시키고, 산세 감량이 Fe 환산으로 0.05 ∼ 5g/㎡ 이 되는 조건에서 강판 표면을 산세하고, 이어서 연속식 용융아연도금 라인에서 재차 강판을 700 ∼ 850℃ 온도로 가열한 후, 용융아연도금 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도-연성 밸런스와 도금 밀착성이 우수한 용융아연도금 강판의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 용융아연도금 처리 후 450 ∼ 550℃ 온도에서 합금 화 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도-연성 밸런스와 도금 밀착성이 우수한 용융아연도금 강판의 제조방법.
