Claims (7)
- 제1 개방 클러치(K1)와 제2 폐쇄 클러치(K2)를 구비한 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법으로서, 제1 단계 중에는 제1 클러치(K1)의 압력 레벨을 제어함으로써 변속기 입력 회전 속도(nT)의 증분(dn)이 조절되고, 제2 단계 중에는 제1 클러치(K1)의 하중이 제2 클러치(K2)에 전달되는, 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법으로서,변속 명령의 하달시, 상기 변속기 입력 회전 속도(nT)가 회전 속도 증분(dn)에 도달할 때까지 시간(t2)이 검출되고, 상기 시간은 설정 시간(tAD)과 비교되어 차이(DIFF)(DIFF=tAD-t2)가 형성되며, 상기 차이는 가산 메모리[SUM(DIFF)]에 저장되고, 상기 제1 클러치(K1)의 차단 압력 레벨(pAB)이 후속 변속 중에 차단 압력 레벨(pAB=pAB±dp)로 조절되도록, 가산 메모리[SUM(DIFF)]가 한계치(±GW)를 초과할 때 적응치(dp)가 보정 메모리(KORR)에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법.
- 제1 개방 클러치(K1)와 제2 폐쇄 클러치(K2)를 구비한 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법으로서, 제1 단계 중에는 제1 클러치(K1)의 압력 레벨을 제어함으로써 변속기 입력 회전 속도(nT)의 증분(dn)이 조절되고, 제2 단계 중에는 제1 클러치(K1)의 하중이 제2 클러치(K2)에 전달되는, 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법으로서,변속 명령의 하달시, 상기 변속기 입력 회전 속도(nT)가 회전 속도 증분(dn)에 도달할 때까지 시간(t2)이 검출되고, 상기 시간은 설정 시간(tAD)과 비교되어 차이(DIFF)(DIFF=tAD-t2)가 형성되며, 상기 차이는 가산 메모리[SUM(DIFF)]에 저장되고, 차단 명령의 출력 시점(t1)이 후속 변속 중에 조절되도록, 가산 메모리[SUM(DIFF)]가 한계치(±GW)를 초과할 때 적응치(dt)가 보정 메모리(KORR)에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,가산 메모리[SUM(DIFF)]와 보정 메모리(KORR)는, 변속기 입력 토크(Mt), 온도[C(ATF)] 및 회전 속도(nT) 클래스로 분류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법[SUM(DIFF)=f(Mt,C(ATF),nT) 또는 KORR=f(Mt,C(ATF),nT)].
- 제3항에 있어서,설정 시간(tAD)은 또한 고단 변속 모드(HS)의 함수인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법[tAD=f(HS)].
- 제4항에 있어서,적응치(dp)는 최대치[dp(MAX)]를 초과하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,변속기 입력 회전 속도(nT)가 강제 적응 회전 속도 증분[dn(ZWANG)]을 초과할 때, 모든 변속기 입력 토크(Mt), 온도[C(ATF)] 및 회전 속도(nT) 클래스의 고정치(dp2)가 보정 메모리(KORR)에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,제2 단계의 개시 전에,- 스로틀 밸브 수치(DK1)가 한계치보다 작거나(DK1<GW),- 스로틀 밸브 구배[Grad(DK1)]가 한계치보다 크거나[Grad(DK1)>GW],- 활주 동작이 감지되거나,- 변속 명령이 선택 레버에 의해 검출되거나,- ATF의 온도[C(ATF)]가 한계치(GW)보다 낮을 때[C(ATF)<GW]에는,적응을 위한 변속은 행해지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 2단 오버랩 고단 변속시 압력 적응 방법.
