Claims (12)
- 세라믹 원료와 가공 조제를 포함하는 성형 원료를 반죽하여 배토를 얻는 공정과,상기 반죽한 성형 원료로 이루어지는 배토를 성형하여 세라믹 성형체를 형성하는 공정과,상기 세라믹 성형체를 건조하여 세라믹 건조체를 얻는 공정과,상기 세라믹 건조체를 소성하여 다공질 세라믹체를 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법으로서,상기 가공 조제는 가교 처리 전분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교 처리 전분의 양은 상기 세라믹 원료 100 질량부에 대하여 2∼30 질량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교 처리 전분은 2∼100 ㎛의 평균 입자 지름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가교 처리 전분은 2∼100 ㎛의 평균 입자 지름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가공 조제는 상기 가교 처리 전분에 추가하여, 발포를 끝낸 발포 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발포를 끝낸 발포 수지의 첨가량은 상기 세라믹 원료 100 질량부에 대하여 0.5∼10 질량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발포를 끝낸 발포 수지는 2∼200 ㎛의 평균 입자 지름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발포를 끝낸 발포 수지는 2∼200 ㎛의 평균 입자 지름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공질 세라믹체는 벌집형 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 원료는 코데라이트 형성 원료, 멀라이트, 알루미나, 알루미늄티타네이트, 리튬알루미늄실리케이트, 탄화규소, 질화규소 및 금속규소로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배토의 95℃에서의 경도는 80℃에서의 경도에 대하여 95% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배토의 95℃에서의 경도는 80℃에서의 경도에 대하여 100% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공질 세라믹체의 제조 방법.
