- 준비된 서리태를 물 1kg 당 50-300g을 부가하여 교반한 후 1일 이상 방치한 후 침전물을 제거한 후 얻어지는 황토물에 침지하는 단계;상기 침지된 서리태를 증자하여 방냉하는 단계;상기 방냉된 서리태에 고초균을 0.01 내지 20 중량%로 접종하는 단계;상기 접종된 서리태를 황토방에서 45-50℃의 온도로 1-3일 동안 발효시키는 발효시키는 단계;상기 발효된 서리태를 동결건조, 진공건조 또는 진공동결건조의 방법으로 건조시키는 단계;상기 발효되어 건조된 서리태를 분쇄하는 단계; 및상기 발효되어 건조된 후 분쇄된 서리태분말 100중량부를 기준으로 다시마분말을 0.1 내지 2중량부 및 솔잎분말을 0.01 내지 0.3중량부를 배합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 건강식품의 제조방법.
- 제5항에서, 상기 발효되어 건조된 후 분쇄된 서리태분말, 다시마분말 및 솔잎분말을 배합한 후, 상기 배합된 분말을 반죽하여 환을 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 건강식품의 제조방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항의 방법으로 제조된 기능성 건강식품.
