Claims (3)
- 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름으로, 그 폴리에스테르계 필름의 온탕수축율이 주수축방향에 있어서 처리온도 70℃·처리시간 5초에서 20% 이상이고, 처리온도 75℃·처리시간 5초에서 35∼55%이며, 처리온도 80℃·처리시간 5초에서 50∼60%이고, 또한 그 필름으로 형성된 라벨의 압축강도가 이하에 나타낸 수학식 1'을 만족하고,(수학식 1')y>1.1x2.2(식중, y는 압축강도(mN), x는 필름두께(㎛)를 나타낸다.)상기 라벨의 압축강도는, 길이 120mm, 접은 지름 175mm인 사각형의 통체 라벨을 제작하여, 도요정기(주)제의 스트로그라프(형식: V10-C)를 사용하여 압축모드로 크로스헤드스피드 200mm/분에서 압축강도(mN)의 최대치를 측정하여, 상하 방향의 라벨의 압축강도를 측정하며,상기 필름 두께 x(㎛)는, 안리츠(주)제의 접촉두께 계기(형식: KG60/A)를 사용하여 수직방향 5cm, 수평방향 50cm의 샘플 두께를 측정함으로써, 20개의 샘플을 평가하고, 샘플 두께의 평균치에 따라서 필름 두께를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두께 분포가 6% 이하이고, 그 두께 분포는 하기 수학식 3으로 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.(수학식 3)두께 분포=((최대 두께-최소 두께)/평균 두께)×100(%)
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 직사각형상의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름을 말아서 튜브상체로 형성하는 단계, 및 양 단부끼리 접착시키는 단계로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 보틀용 라벨.
