Claims (6)
- 주 수축 방향의 열 수축률이, 70℃의 물 중에서 5초간 처리한 후에는 20% 이상이며, 75℃의 물 중에서 5초간 처리한 후에는 35% 내지 55%이고, 80℃의 물 중에서 5초간 처리한 후에는 50% 내지 60%이며,75℃의 물 중에서 10초간 처리하여 5% 수축시킨 후, 주 수축 방향과 직교하는 방향의 파단 신장률이 20% 이하일 확률이 10% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두께 분포도는 6% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 원자 수가 3개 내지 6개인 디올을 1종 이상 포함하는 폴리에스테르를 포함하며, 이 폴리에스테르는 유리 전이 온도가 58℃ 내지 68℃가 되도록 조절된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 비 τ1/τ2(여기서, τ2는 90℃에서의 필름의 주 수축 방향의 수축 응력이며, τ1는 90℃에서의 필름의 주 수축 방향과 직교하는 방향의 수축 응력임)는 0.05 내지 0.45이며,밀봉 강도는 1.2 ㎏/15 ㎜(폭) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 95℃의 물 중에서 10초간 처리한 후 주 수축 방향의 열 수축률은 40% 이상이며, 95℃의 물 중에서 10초간 처리한 후 주 수축 방향과 직교하는 방향의 열 수축률은 15% 내지 30%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 융점(Tm)과 융해된 폴리에스테르를 냉각시킬 때의 결정화 온도(Tc2)간의 차(△T)가 40℃ 이하인 폴리에스테르를 열 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름 중에 10 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 분량으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
