Claims (8)
- 복수의 주사선과,상기 각 주사선에 대하여 교차하도록 배선된 복수의 데이터선과,상기 각 주사선과 상기 각 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 각각 설치된 전자 회로를 구비한 전기 광학 장치로서,클록 신호에 응답하여 상기 각 주사선을 차례로 선택하기 위한 시프트 레지스터와,디지털 코드 신호를 입력하고, 그 디지털 코드 신호에 의거하여 상기 각 주사선 중 어느 하나를 적절히 선택하기 위한 디코더를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 시프트 레지스터와 상기 디코더는 어느 한쪽이 동작 상태에 있을 때에는, 다른쪽이 휴지(休止) 상태로 되는 제어 신호가 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 디코더는 적어도 정지화(靜止畵) 표시 중에 동작 상태에 있고, 그 정지화의 일부를 변경 표시할 때에 그 변경 표시 개소의 전자 회로가 접속된 주사선을 지정하기 위한 어드레스 신호에 의거하여 그 주사선을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 각 전자 회로에는 메모리 회로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 복수의 주사선과,상기 각 주사선에 대하여 교차하도록 배선된 복수의 데이터선과,상기 각 주사선과 상기 각 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 각각 설치된 전자 회로를 구비한 전기 광학 장치의 구동 방법으로서,클록 신호에 응답하여 상기 각 주사선을 차례로 선택하기 위한 시프트 레지스터와, 디지털 코드 신호를 입력하고, 그 디지털 코드 신호에 의거하여 상기 각 주사선 중 어느 하나를 적절히 선택하기 위한 디코더를 설치하고,적어도 동화(動畵) 표시를 위해 각 전자 회로를 구동시킬 때에는, 상기 시프트 레지스터를 사용하고,적어도 정지화 표시 중이고, 정지화의 일부를 표시 변경하기 위해 변경 표시 개소의 전자 회로를 구동할 때에, 상기 디코더를 사용하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치의 구동 방법.
- 복수의 주사선과,상기 각 주사선에 대하여 교차하도록 배선된 복수의 데이터선과,상기 각 주사선과 상기 각 데이터선의 교차부에 대응하여 각각 설치된 전자 회로를 구비한 전기 광학 장치의 주사선 선택 방법으로서,클록 신호에 응답하여 상기 각 주사선을 차례로 선택하기 위한 시프트 레지스터와, 디지털 코드 신호를 입력하고, 그 디지털 코드 신호에 의거하여 상기 각 주사선 중 어느 하나를 적절히 선택하기 위한 디코더를 설치하고,상기 시프트 레지스터에 의해 하나의 주사선을 선택할 때, 그 선택하는 주사선을 시프트 레지스터와 상기 디코더에 의해 선택시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치의 주사선 선택 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,시프트 레지스터와 디코더는 각 주사선을 사이에 두고 서로 대향하는 위치에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치의 주사선 선택 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 실장한 전자 기기.
