- 삭제
- 운전자에 의하여 조작되는 조작부재(10)와,상기 조작부재(10)의 변위위치를 검출하는 위치 검출수단(26, 36)과,상기 조작부재(10)를 초기위치로 이동시키는 복귀력 및 상기 조작부재(10)의 변위위치에 따른 상기 조작부재에 대한 반력을 발생하는 반력 발생수단(20, 30)을 구비한 차량 조작장치에 있어서,전력의 공급 개시시로부터 상기 조작부재가 실질적으로 초기위치로 이동할 때까지의 동안에, 상기 반력 발생수단(20, 30)은 복귀력을 발생하고,상기 조작부재(10)가 실질적으로 초기 위치에 도달한 후에 상기 반력 발생수단은 반력의 발생을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 조작장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 복귀력이 상기 반력보다도 작아지도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 조작장치.
- 운전자에 의하여 조작되는 조작부재(10)와,상기 조작부재(10)에 대하여 반력을 발생하는 반력 발생수단(20, 30)을 구비한 차량 조작장치에 있어서,상기 조작부재(10)가 실질적으로 초기위치에 도달한 후에 상기 반력 발생수단 (20, 30)에 의한 반력의 발생을 허용하는 반력발생 제어수단(41)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 조작장치.

- 차량 조작장치에 있어서,운전자에 의하여 조작되는 조작부재(10)와,상기 조작부재의 변위위치를 검출하는 위치 검출수단(26, 36)과,상기 위치 검출수단(26, 36)에 의하여 검출된 상기 조작부재(10)의 변위위치에 따라 상기 조작부재(10)에 대하여 반력을 발생하는 반력 발생수단(20, 30)과,전력의 공급개시 시부터 상기 조작부재(10)가 실질적으로 초기위치로 이동하기까지의 사이인지의 여부를 판정하는 판정수단(11)과,상기 판정수단(11)의 판정결과에 따라 상기 반력 발생수단(20, 30)의 제어형태를 변경하는 반력 제어형태 변경수단(41)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 조작장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 반력 제어형태 변경수단(41)은 전력의 공급개시 시부터 상기 조작부재(10)가 실질적으로 초기위치로 이동하기까지의 사이에 있어서, 상기 반력에 기인하는 조작부재(10)의 이동의 속도를 규제하는 이동속도 규제수단(41)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 조작장치.
- 운전자에 의하여 조작되는 조작부재(10)와,상기 조작부재(10)를 초기위치로 이동시키는 복귀수단(20, 30)과,상기 조작부재(10)에 대하여 반력을 발생하는 반력 발생수단(20, 30)을 구비한 차량 조작장치에 있어서,전력의 공급개시 후, 상기 복귀수단(20, 30)에 의해서 상기 조작부재가 초기 위치로 이동되고,상기 조작부재가 초기위치로 이동한 후, 상기 반력 발생수단(20, 30)에 의한 반력의 발생이 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 조작장치.

- 조작부재(10)가 운전자에 의하여 조작되어 조작부재(10)의 변위위치가 검출되어 상기 조작부재(10)를 초기위치로 이동시키는 복귀력 및 상기 조작부재(10)의 변위위치에 따른 상기 조작부재(10)에 대한 반력이 발생되는 차량 조작방법에 있어서,전력의 공급 개시시로부터 상기 조작부재가 실질적으로 초기 위치로 이동할 때까지의 동안에 상기 복귀력을 발생하고,상기 조작부재가 실질적으로 초기위치로 이동한 후, 상기 반력을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 조작방법.
