Claims (9)
- 표면이 광촉매로 코팅된 텐트지 캔버스로서, 텐트지 캔버스에 함유된 가소제량이, JIS-K5400에 규정된 일조 탄소 아크식 촉진 내후성 시험에서 1500 시간 경과 후, 초기와 비교하여 50 % 이상 잔존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스.
- 표면이 광촉매로 코팅된 텐트지 캔버스로서, 텐트지 캔버스에 함유된 가소제량이, 옥외 노출 3 년 경과 후, 초기와 비교하여 50 % 이상 잔존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 텐트지 캔버스에 함유된 가소제의 분자량이 400∼531 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 텐트지 캔버스가 광촉매층; 광촉매층 아래에 배치된 접착층; 텐트지 캔버스층; 및 접착층과 텐트지 캔버스층 사이에 배치된 가소제 이동 억제층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 가소제 이동 억제층의 두께가 0.5 내지 5 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 접착층이 산화물로 전환시 실리콘 함량이 2 내지 60 중량% 인 실리콘 개질 수지, 산화물로 전환시 폴리실록산 함량이 3 내지 60 중량% 인 수지, 또는 산화물로 전환시 콜로이드성 실리카 함량이 5 내지 40 중량% 인 수지이고; 광촉매층이 산화물로 전환시 금속 산화물 겔, 금속 수산화물 겔, 또는 금속 산화물 겔 및 금속 수산화물 겔 함량이 25 내지 95 중량% 인 광촉매 입자 복합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스.
- 텐트지 캔버스 상에 가소제 이동 억제층, 접착층 및 광촉매층을 순차적으로 적층시켜 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스를 제조하는 공정에서, 텐트지 캔버스 상에 가소제 이동 억제층 및 접착층을 연속적으로 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 가소제 이동 억제층의 제조에 사용되는 코팅 용액의 용매의 비점이 접착층 건조 공정 온도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가소제가 디이소노닐 프탈레이트, 디이소데실 프탈레이트, 디트리데실 프탈레이트, n-헵틸 n-노닐 프탈레이트, n-노닐 n-운데실 프탈레이트, n-옥틸 n-데실 프탈레이트, 트리(2-에틸헥실) 포스페이트, 디-2-에틸헥실 아젤레이트, 디-2-에틸헥실 세바케이트, 트리부틸 아세틸시트레이트 및 염화 파라핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 담지 텐트지 캔버스.
