Claims (15)
- 주성분으로서 Ba/Ti의 몰비가 1.001 내지 1.05인 티탄산 바륨 100몰에 대해, 부성분으로서 Mg를 Mg0로 환산하여 0.5 내지 5.0몰, Dy를 Dy2O3로 환산하여 0.1 내지 3.0몰, Mn을 Mn3O4로 환산하여 O.O1 내지 O.4몰, V를 V2O5로 환산하여 O.O1 내지 0.26몰, Si를 SiO2로 환산하여 0.3 내지 3.5몰, Al를 Al2O3로 환산하여 O.O1 내지 3.O몰 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Al를 Al2O3로 환산하여, 티탄산 바륨 100몰에 대해 추가로 0.1 내지 3.0몰 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Dy 대신에 Dy/(Dy+Ho)의 몰비가 0.3 내지 0.9가 되도록 Dy 및 H0를 각각 Dy2O3 및 Ho2O3로 환산하여 주성분 티탄산 바륨 1OO몰에 대해 합하여 O.1 내지 3.0몰 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 유전체층과 비금속을 이용하여 제작한 내부 전극층을 교대로 적층한 적층체와, 상기 적층체의 상기 내부 전극층의 노출된 단면에 마련한 외부 전극을 구비하는 콘덴서로서, 상기 유전체층이 Ba/Ti의 몰비가 1.001 내지 1.05인 주성분 티탄산 바륨 100몰에 대해, 부성분으로서 Mg를 Mg0로 환산하여 0.5 내지 5.0몰, Dy를 Dy2O3로 환산하여 0.1 내지 3.0몰, Mn을 Mn3O4로 환산하여 0.01 내지 0.4몰, V를 V2O5로 환산하여 0.01 내지 0.26몰, Si를 SiO2로 환산하여 0.3 내지 3.5몰, Al을 Al2O3로 환산하여 0.01 내지 3.0몰 포함함을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.

- 주성분인 Ba/Ti의 몰비가 1.001 내지 1.05인 티탄산 바륨 100몰에 대해, 부성분으로서 Mg 화합물을 Mg0로 환산하여 0.5 내지 5.0몰, Dy 화합물을 Dy2O3로 환산하여 0.1 내지 3.0몰, Mn 화합물을 MnO2로 환산하여 0.01 내지 0.4몰, V를 V2O5로 환산하여 0.01 내지 0.26몰, Si를 SiO2로 환산하여 0.3 내지 3.5몰, Al를 Al2O3로 환산하여 0.01 내지 3.0몰 포함하는 유전체 재료를 사용하여 세라믹 시이트를 제작하는 단계;상기 세라믹 시이트와 비금속을 주성분으로 하는 내부 전극층을 교대로 적층한 적층체를 제작하는 단계;상기 적층체를 소성하는 단계; 및상기 적층체의 내부 전극층의 노출된 단면에 외부 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,구리를 주성분으로 하는 금속을 사용하여 상기 외부 전극을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,티탄산 바륨의 비 표면적이 2 내지 5m2/g임을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,티탄산 바륨의 40 내지 50°에서의 X선 회절각 2θ가 (200)면의 회절 피크와 (002)면의 회절 피크의 2개로 나뉘어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,Mg 화합물로서 Mg(OH)2를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,세라믹 시이트를 제조하는 공정에서 Al 화합물을 Al2O3로 환산하여, 티탄산 바륨 100몰에 대해 0.1 내지 3.0몰을 추가로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,Al 화합물을 다른 유전체 재료의 가소(假燒) 후에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,유전체 재료가 Dy 화합물 대신에 Dy/(Dy+Ho)의 몰비가 0.3 내지 0.9가 되도록 Dy 화합물 및 Ho 화합물을 각각 Dy2O3 및 Ho2O3로 환산하여 주성분 티탄산 바륨 100몰에 대해 합하여 0.1 내지 3.0몰 포함함을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,소성 단계의 온도 강하 단계 또는 상기 소성 단계와 외부 전극 형성 단계의 사이에 적층체중의 유전체층을 재산화시키는 단계가 있음을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
