Claims (19)
- 결정 입자와, 결정 입자 사이의 입계를 포함하는 세라믹 구조를 갖는 유전체 세라믹으로,상기 결정 입자는 일반식 ABO3로 표현되는 주 성분과, 희토류 원소를 함유하는 첨가제를 포함하며: 여기서 A는 바륨, 또는 칼슘 및 스트론튬 중의 바륨을 포함하는 적어도 1종이며, B는 티타늄, 또는 지르코늄 및 하프늄 중의 티타늄을 포함하는 적어도 1종이다;상기 결정 입자의 내부에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 평균농도가, 입계에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 평균농도의 약 50%이하이고,갯수로 상기 결정 입자 중의 약 20∼70%는, 결정 입자의 중앙부에 있어서의 희토류 원소 농도가, 결정 입자의 직경에 대하여 약 5%에 상당하는 거리만큼 표면으로부터 내측으로 연장되는 영역에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 최대농도의 약 1/50 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 갯수로 상기 입자의 적어도 약 30%는 상기 희토류 원소의 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 ABO3100몰에 대한 전체 희토류 원소의 농도는 약 0.2몰 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 주성분 ABO3100몰에 대한 전체 희토류 원소의 농도는 약 5몰 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.

- 복수의 적층된 유전체 세라믹층과, 상기 유전체 세라믹층 사이의 소정의 계면을 따라서 형성된 복수의 내부전극을 포함하는 복합체를 구비하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품으로,상기 유전체 세라믹층이 청구항 5에 기재된 유전체 세라믹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 복수의 적층된 유전체 세라믹층과, 상기 유전체 세라믹층 사이의 소정의 계면을 따라서 형성된 복수의 내부전극을 포함하는 복합체를 구비하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품으로,상기 유전체 세라믹층이 청구항 1에 기재된 유전체 세라믹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 내부전극은 비금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 복합체의 외면에 배치되는 제 1 외부전극과 제 2 외부전극을 더 포함하며, 상기 내부전극은 상기 복합체의 적층 방향으로 배치되며, 상기 제 1 외부전극과 제 2 외부전극에 번갈아 전기적으로 접속되어, 모놀리식 세라믹 커패시터를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 유전체 세라믹을 제조하기 위한 방법으로,AO, BO2, 및 적어도 하나의 희토류 원소를 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 대기중에서 하소하고, 이 혼합물을 분쇄함으로써, 희토류 원소가 입자의 내부에 존재하는 변성 ABO3분말을 준비하는 단계와,AO와 BO3를 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 대기중에서 하소하고, 이 혼합물을 분쇄함으로써, 희토류 원소가 입자의 내부에 존재하지 않는 ABO3분말을 준비하는 단계와,상기 변성 ABO3분말, 상기 ABO3분말 및 나머지 희토류 원소를 혼합하고, 이에 따라 얻어진 혼합분말을 소성하는 단계를 포함하며,A는 바륨, 또는 칼슘 및 스트론튬 중의 바륨을 포함하는 적어도 하나이고, B는 티타늄, 또는 지르코늄 및 하프늄 중의 바륨을 포함하는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, A는 바륨을 포함하고, B는 티타늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹의 제조방법.
- 결정 입자와, 결정 입자 사이의 입계를 포함하는 세라믹 구조를 갖는 유전체 세라믹을 평가하기 위한 방법으로,상기 결정 입자는 일반식 ABO3로 표현되는 주 성분과, 희토류 원소를 함유하는 첨가제를 포함하며: 여기서 A는 바륨, 또는 칼슘과 스트론튬 중의 바륨을 포함하는 적어도 1종이며, B는 티타늄, 또는 지르코늄 및 하프늄 중의 티타늄을 포함하는 적어도 1종이다;상기 방법은상기 결정 입자의 내부에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 평균농도, 및 상기 입계에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 평균농도를 측정하는 공정과,상기 결정 입자의 내부에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 평균농도가, 상기 입계에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 평균농도의 약 50%이하라고 하는 제 1 조건을 만족하는가 아닌가를 판정하는 공정과,상기 결정 입자의 중앙부에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 농도, 및 상기 결정 입자의 직경에 대하여 약 5%에 상당하는 거리만큼 표면으로부터 내측으로 연장되는 영역에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 최대농도를 측정하는 공정과,갯수로 상기 결정 입자 중의 약 20∼70%는, 상기 결정 입자의 중앙부에 있어서의 희토류 원소 농도가, 상기 영역에 있어서의 희토류 원소의 최대농도의 약 1/50 이상이라고 하는 제 2 조건을 만족하는가 아닌가를 판정하는 공정을 구비하며,상기 유전체 세라믹이 상기 제 1 및 제 2 조건을 만족하는 경우 양품으로 간주되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹의 평가 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 혼합분말의 평균 입경은 0.05 ~ 0.7㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹의 제조방법.
