Claims (5)
- 주축대와 심압대 사이에서 연삭될 롤을 지지하고 이 롤을 회전시키며, 지석을 지지하는 지석대를 원주방향으로 교차 공급하면서 지석을 롤 축방향에 평행하게 길이방향으로 이동시키고, 프로그램된 일련의 연삭단계를 제어하는 롤 연삭기의 수치제어장치에 있어서,롤의 표면에 발생된 흠을 검출하는 흠 검출 헤드를 갖고, 롤의 전체 표면을 스캔하기 위한 흠 검출수단과,검출된 흠의 위치를 명기하는 흠 정보를 생성하기 위한 흠 정보 생성수단,흠 정보를 기초로 검출된 흠을 수복하기 위한 교차 공급 지령을 생성하기 위한 지령 생성수단,상기 교차 공급 지령을 기초로 지석대를 롤의 축에 평행하게 길이방향으로 이동시켜 지석을 흠의 위치에 대응하는 위치로 위치 결정하는 제1축위치제어와, 지석을 원주방향으로 교차 공급하는 제2축위치제어를 실행하는 제어수단,흠이 완전히 수복되었는지 결정하고, 제어수단으로 교차 공급 이동의 정지 신호를 제공하는 결정수단 및,흠이 완전히 수복되면 다음의 교차 공급 지령으로 스킵(skip)하기 위한 스킵수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 연삭기의 수치제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 결정수단은, 흠 검출기의 출력 신호와 미리 설정된 흠 레벨문턱값을 비교하고, 완전한 1회전동안 제공된 흠 검출기의 출력신호가 흠 레벨 문턱값 보다 작을 때, 흠이 완전히 수복된 것을 결정하는 다음 지령 호출수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 연삭기의 수치제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스킵수단은 수복된 흠이 마지막으로 검출된 흠인지를 결정하고 흠이 마자막으로 검출된 흠이 아니면 다음의 교차 공급 지령으로 스킵시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 연삭기의 수치제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흠 정보 생성수단은 흠의 레벨을 평가하기 위해서 흠의 크기를 명기한 데이터를 포함하는 흠 정보를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 연삭기의 수치제어장치.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흠 검출 헤드는 초음파식 검출 헤드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 연삭기의 수치제어장치.
