Abstract
本发明公开一种自动倒胶辊外角装置，包括进料线，所述进料线端头的一侧设置有进料气缸，其另一侧设置有磨盘，所述磨盘上设置有磨块，且磨盘上转动连接有由电机驱动的卡料盘，所述进料气缸位于磨盘上设置有磨块一侧下端，所述磨盘的另一侧的上端设置有出料气缸。所述自动倒胶辊外角装置结构简单，易于实现，自动化程度高，无需人工操作，大大降低了劳动强度，提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动倒胶辊外角装置。
背景技术
胶辊是以金属或其他材料为芯，外覆橡胶经硫化而制成的辊状制品。胶辊在生产过程中，需要倒胶辊外角。目前，市场上用于倒胶辊外角的装置结构复杂，且自动化程度低，需要人工加以辅助，从而大大加大了劳动强度，且降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题，提供一种自动倒胶辊外角装置，以解决传统倒胶辊外角装置结构复杂，自动化程度低，劳动强度大，生产效率低的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种自动倒胶辊外角装置，包括进料线，所述进料线端头的一侧设置有进料气缸，其另一侧设置有磨盘，所述磨盘上设置有磨块，且磨盘上转动连接有由电机驱动的卡料盘，所述进料气缸位于磨盘上设置有磨块一侧下端，所述磨盘的另一侧的上端设置有出料气缸。
进一步的，所述的磨块为2个，对称布置于磨盘上。
进一步的，所述卡料盘上设置有多个卡料辊，所述卡料辊沿卡料盘外圆周均匀分布。
进一步的，所述电机为步进电机。
本发明的有益效果为，所述自动倒胶辊外角装置结构简单，易于实现，自动化程度高，无需人工操作，大大降低了劳动强度，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请参照图1所示，图1为本发明自动倒胶辊外角装置的结构示意图；于本实施例中，一种自动倒胶辊外角装置，包括进料线1，所述进料线1端头的右侧设置有进料气缸8，其左侧设置有磨盘6，所述磨盘6上对称设置有两个磨块5，且磨盘6上转动连接有由步进电机2驱动的卡料盘4，所述卡料盘4上均匀设置有多个沿卡料盘4外圆周分布的卡料辊7，所述进料气缸8位于磨盘右侧下端，所述磨盘的左侧上端设置有出料气缸3。
工作时，胶辊由进料线1输入，在进料线1端头处，通过进料气缸8将胶辊推至卡料盘4的卡料辊7上固定，此时，步进电机2带动卡料盘4转动一定角度，从而便于进料气缸8将下一个胶辊推至卡料盘4的下一个卡料辊4上，当步进电机2带动装载有胶辊的卡料辊7转动至磨盘6的磨块5处，对胶辊进行倒外角加工，加工后，通过出料气缸3将胶辊推出回收。

1.一种自动倒胶辊外角装置，其特征在于：包括进料线，所述进料线端头的一侧设置有进料气缸，其另一侧设置有磨盘，所述磨盘上设置有磨块，且磨盘上转动连接有由电机驱动的卡料盘，所述进料气缸位于磨盘上设置有磨块一侧下端，所述磨盘的另一侧的上端设置有出料气缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动倒胶辊外角装置，其特征在于：所述的磨块为2个，对称布置于磨盘上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动倒胶辊外角装置，其特征在于：所述卡料盘上设置有多个卡料辊，所述卡料辊沿卡料盘外圆周均匀分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动倒胶辊外角装置，其特征在于：所述电机为步进电机。
