Claims (4)
- 둥근 환형을 이루면서 내주부에 절삭날이 배열된 커터본체가 가공기의 회전구동하는 커터부착부에 착탈가능하게 장착되고, 축선주위에 일체로 회전하도록 연결된 핀미러커터의 부착기구에 있어서,상기 커터본체는 그 외주부를 상기 커터부착부의 내주부에 끼워 맞춘 상태로 삽입하여 부착되고;상기 커터본체의 외주면과 상기 커터부착부의 내주면은 서로 대향하여 면접촉함과 아울러 커터부착부에 대한 커터본체의 삽입방향을 향하여 점차 지름이 축소하는 경사면으로 되고, 또한 이들 내외주면의 적어도 일부가, 상기 축선을 중심으로 하는 원의 접선방향으로 연장하는 평탄면을 이루도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀미러커터의 부착기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 서로 면접촉하는 상기 커터본체 및 상기 커터부착부의 주면이 전체 둘레에 걸쳐 복수의 상기 평탄면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀미러커터의 부착기구.
- 둥근 환형을 이루면서 외주부에 절삭날이 배열된 커터본체가 가공기의 회전구동하는 커터부착부에 착탈가능하게 장착되고, 축선주위에 일체회전하도록 연결된 핀미러커터의 부착기구에 있어서,상기 커터본체는 그 내주부를 상기 커터부착부의 외주부에 걸어 맞춘 상태로 삽입하여 부착되고;상기 커터본체의 내주면과 상기 커터부착부의 외주면은 서로 대향하여 면접촉하면서 커터부착부에 대한 커터본체의 삽입방향을 향하여 점차 지름이 확대하는 경사면으로 되고, 또한 이들 내외주면의 적어도 일부가 상기 축선을 중심으로 하는 원의 접선방향으로 연장하는 평탄면을 이루도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀미러커터의 부착기구.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서로 면접촉하는 상기 커터본체 및 상기 커터부착부의 주면이 전체 둘레에 걸쳐 복수의 상기 평탄면으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀미러커터의 부착기구.
