Claims (15)
- 지르코니아 및 함수지르코니아로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 부분과 알루미나 및 함수알루미나로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 부분으로 구성되고, 세공 직경 0.05∼10㎛의 세공분포에 있어서 직경0.05∼1㎛의 범위에 피크를 갖는 담체를 작성하는 공정과, 황산분함유화합물을 담체에 접촉시켜, 열처리를 행함으로써 황산분을 담지하는 공정을 포함하는 고체산촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 직경 0.05㎛ 이상 1㎛ 이하의 세공용적이 0.05∼0.5ml/g, 직경 1㎛을 넘고 10㎛ 이하의 세공용적이 0.05ml/g 미만인 고체산촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 담체를 작성하는 공정이, 응집입자의 평균입경이 0.2∼1O㎛인 지르코늄수산화물 및 수화산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 분말체와, 섬유형상의 입자형상을 갖는 알루미늄수산화물 및 수화산화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 분말체를 혼련하여, 성형하는 것을 포함하는 공정인 고체산촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 담체를 작성하는 공정과, 그 담체에 황산분을 담지하는 공정이, 동일한 공정에서 행하여지는 고체산촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 담체에 황산분을 담지하는 공정이, 담체를 작성한 후, 담체에 황산분함유화합물을 접촉시켜, 300℃보다 높고 800℃보다 낮은 온도로 소성하는 고체산촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 고체산촉매를 사용하여, 활성이 저하한 해당 촉매를 담체로 하고, 이것에 황산분함유화합물을 접촉시켜, 300℃보다 높고 800℃보다 낮은 온도로 소성하는 황산분을 담지하는 공정을 포함하는 고체산촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고체산촉매가 제8족, 제9족, 제10족에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속성분을 포함하는 고체산촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 고체산촉매를 사용하여, 활성이 저하한 해당 촉매를 산화분위기 중 300∼500℃의 온도로 처리하는 공정을 포함하는 고체산촉매의 제조방법.
- 담체가 지르코니아 및 함수지르코니아로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 부분과 알루미나 및 함수알루미나로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 부분으로 구성되며, 황산분을 함유하고, 세공직경 0.05∼10㎛의 세공분포에 있어서 직경 0.05∼1㎛의 범위에 피크를 가지며, 산촉매반응에 사용되는 고체산촉매.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 고체산촉매가 직경 0.05㎛ 이상 1㎛ 이하, 세공용적이 0.05∼0.5ml/g, 직경 1㎛을 넘고 10㎛ 이하의 세공용적이 0.05ml/g 미만인 고체산촉매.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 산촉매반응이, 탄화수소류의 전화반응인 고체산촉매.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 고체산촉매가 더욱 제8족, 제9족, 제10족에서 선택된 1종이상의 금속성분을 포함하는 고체산촉매.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 기재된 고체산촉매를 사용하고, 활성이 저하한 것을 산화분위기 중 300∼500℃의 온도로 처리한 고체산촉매를 사용하여 산촉매반응을 행하는 산촉매반응방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 기재된 고체산촉매를 반응용기에 충전하고, 산화분위기 중 300∼500℃의 온도로 처리한 후, 산촉매반응을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산촉매반응방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 기재된 고체산촉매를 반응용기에 충전하고, 산화분위기 중 300∼500℃의 온도로 처리한 후, 불활성분위기로 치환하여, 수소분위기 하에서 탄화수소와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 이성화방법.
