Claims (1)
- 주발효조에 감을 숙성발효시키고 착즙하여서된 감즙 51중량%, 종초 1중량%, 주정 4중량%, 벌꿀 15중량%, 포도당 2중량%, 솔비톨 6중량%, 비타민 C 1중량%, 정제수 20중량% 비율로 혼합하여 이를 골고루 교반한 다음 발효시켜 총산도 4∼5%로 만든 상태에서 저온살균하여 숙성시키고 숙성된 액을 여과하여 밀봉포장하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 감을 이용한 보건음료의 제조방법.
