- 화학반응용 물질을 함유하는 용기를 포함하며 마이크로파 방사영향하에서 화학반응을 실행하는 반응장치에 있어서,상기 용기는 마이크로파 에너지가 가해질 때 상기 용기 내용물을 감시하는 수단을 구비하는 커버의 마련으로 화학반응 과정 동안 상기 물질에 의해 발생되는 내부 압력에 견디기에 적합하게 되며, 상기 커버는 또한 상기 용기 내용물 내에 액침되는 열 교환수단을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열 교환수단은 콜드-핑거형 열 교환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열 교환수단은 밀폐 단부를 갖는 열 교환 튜브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 튜브는, 상기 밀폐 단부 근처에서 끝나고 열 교환유체를 상기 열 교환수단내로 운반해 주는 작은 직경의 입구 튜브를 포함하며, 상기 열 교환유체는 상기 입구 튜브와 상기 주위의 열 교환튜브 사이에 한정된 환상 통로를 경유하여 열교환수단으로부터 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 열 교환튜브는 상기 커버로부터 실질적으로 법선방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 압력 측정수단은 상기 커버내로 나사 체결되는 끼워맞춤재와 상기 끼워맞춤재 상에 장착되는 압력 변환기를 포함하며, 상기 끼워맞춤재는 상기 용기와 상기 변환기 사이의 압력 연통을 위한 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용기 내용물 감시 수단은 온도 측정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 온도 측정수단은 상기 커버내로 나사 체결되며 상기 용기내에 위치되는 밀폐단부를 갖는 작은 직경의 튜브를 장착하는 끼워맞춤재를 포함하며, 상기 작은 직경의 튜브는 섬유광 온도계의 광섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버는 압력을 조절할 수 있는 안전밸브 조립체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버는 마이크로파 가열동안 상기 용기로부터 물질을 첨가 또는 제하는 샘플링 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 샘플링 수단은 상기 커버내로 나사 체결되며 상기 용기내를 통과하는 개방 단부를 갖는 직경의 튜브를 장착하는 끼워맞춤재를 포함하며, 상기 튜브는 상기 끼워맞춤재로부터 연장되고 상기 용기의 외측에 위치되는 밸브 수단에 접속되어 밀봉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 커버는 두 개의 샘플링 설비를 포함하고, 이로 인해 화학반응 과정 동안 하나의 상기 샘플링 수단을 경유하여 물질이 상기 용기에 첨가될 수 있으며, 동시에 다른 상기 샘플링 수단을 경유하여 용기로부터 반응 생성물을 추출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용기는 마이크로파 캐버티내에 수납되고, 상기 커버는 상기 캐버티 외측에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버는 상기 용기의 내측으로 마이크로파 방사를 유도하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 캐버티는 상기 용기와 상기 커버의 영역내에 상기 캐버티를 강화하기 위한 구조체 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용기를 상기 내부압에 견디게 하기 위해 주위의 지지수단 내에 상기 용기를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 용기를 상기 내부압에 견디게 하기 위해 상기 용기의 외부면을 가압하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 반응물 또는 솔벤트 또는 이들이 혼합된 써샙터가 마이크로파 에너지를 흡수할 수 있으며, 적어도 하나의 반응물 또는 솔벤트/반응물 혼합물을 고온 및 고압에서 견디기에 적합하게 된 용기에 채우는 단계;상기 용기에 화학반응을 일으키기에 충분한 마이크로파 에너지를 가하는 단계; 및액침된 열 교환수단을 통해 압력하의 상기 용기에 남겨진 상기 반응 생성물을 급속 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학반응 실행방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서,상기 화학반응은 월거로트 반응인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학반응 실행방법.
- 가열될 때 발열반응을 하는 반응물 또는 솔벤트 또는 이들이 혼합된 써샙터가 마이크로파 에너지를 흡수할 수 있으며, 적어도 하나의 반응물 또는 반응물/솔벤트 혼합물을 고온 및 고압에서 견디기에 적합하게 된 용기에 채우는 단계와;발열 화학반응을 일으키기에 충분한 마이크로파 에너지를 가하는 단계; 및반응과정 동안, 액침된 열 교환수단을 통해 압력하의 상기 용기내에 남겨진 상기 용기 내용물을 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학반응 실행방법.
- 대기 온도에서는 마이크로파 에너지의 불량 흡수제이고 가열될 때에는 마이크로파 에너지의 양호한 흡수제인 적어도 하나의 반응물 또는 반응물/솔벤트 혼합물을 고온 및 고압에 견디기에 적합하게 된 용기에 채우는 단계와;마이크로파 흡수성 매체로 채워진 열 교환수단을 상기 용기 내용물내에 액침시키고 상기 용기를 밀봉하는 단계와;상기 열 교환수단 내의 매체를 가열하고 이로써 상기 용기 내용물을 가열하기에 충분한 마이크로파 에너지를 상기 용기에 가하여, 상기 내용물이 상기 마이크로파 에너지를 점차적으로 흡수하는 단계; 및화학반응을 일으키기에 충분한 마이크로파 에너지를 상기 용기 내용물에 계속 가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학반응 실행방법.
