Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 신규한 2-아미노티아졸카르복사미드 유도체 :상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, (C1-C5)알킬기, (C1-C5)할로알킬기, (C3-C6)알케닐기, (C3-C6)알키닐기, (C3-C|6)시클로알킬기,또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐기 또는 벤질기를 나타내고, R3는 (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 (C1-C|3)할로알킬리를 나타내며, R4는 2-티에닐기, 3-티에닐기, 2-푸릴기, 3-푸릴기, 페닐기, 또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C6)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐 또는 벤질기를 나타내고, R5는 시아노기 또는 티오카바모일기를 나타내며, R6는 (C1-C6), 알킬기, (C3-C6)알케닐기, (C3-C6)시클로알킬기, 또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐 또는 벤질기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학적 활성을 갖는 이성체의 형태인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, (C1-C4)알킬기, (C3-C6)알케닐기, (C3-C6)알키닐기, (C3-C6)시클로알킬기 또는이고, R3는 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이며, R4는 2-티에닐 또는 3-티에닐기이고, R5는 시아노기 또는 티오카바모일기이며 R6는 (C1-C6)알킬기임을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 하기 일반식(4)의 화합물을 티오닐클로라이드 또는 오염화인과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(5)의 산 할라이드를 수득하고, 수득된 산 할라이드(5)를 하기 일반식(6)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(7)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, (C1-C5)알킬기, (C1-C5)할로알킬기, (C3-C6)알케닐기, (C3-C6)알키닐기, (C3-C|6)시클로알킬기,또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐기 또는 벤질기이고, R3는 (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 (C1-C|3)할로알킬기이며, R4는 2-티에닐기, 3-티에닐기, 2-푸릴기, 3-푸릴기, 페닐기 또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C6)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐 또는 벤질기이고, R6는 (C1-C6)알킬기, (C3-C6)알케닐기, (C3-C4)시클로알킬기, 또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐 또는 벤질기를 나타낸다.
- 하기 일반식(8)의 화합물을 염기의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(9)의 일급 아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로하여, 하기 일반식(7)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 (C1-C5)알킬기, (C1-C5)할로알킬기, (C3-C6)알케닐기, (C3-C6)알키닐기, (C3-C6)시클로알킬기, 또는 할로겐 원자, (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 벤질기이고, R2는 수소원자이며, R3는 (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 (C1-C3)할로알킬기이고, R4는 2-티에닐기, 3-티에닐기, 2-푸릴기, 3-푸릴기, 페닐기, 또는 할로겐 원자, (C1-C6)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐을 나타내며, X는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.
- 하기 일반식(7)의 화합물을 염기 및 용매의 존재하에서 황화수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(12)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, (C1-C5)알킬기, (C1-C5)할로알킬기, (C3-C6)알케닐기, (C3-C6)알키닐기, (C3-C|6)시클로알킬기,, 또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐기 또는 벤질기이고, R3는 (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 (C1-C|3)할로알킬기이며, R4는 2-티에닐기, 3-티에닐기, 2-푸릴기, 3-푸릴기, 페닐기, 또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C6)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐 또는 벤질기이고, R6는(C|1-C6)알킬기, (C3-C6)알케닐기, (C3-C6)시클로알킬기, 또는 각각 할로겐 원자, (C1-C3)알킬기 또는 니트로기로 치환될 수 있는 페닐 또는 벤질기를 나타낸다.
