Abstract
Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る移動手摺を備えたエスカレータ装置を示す構成図である。移動手摺1Aは、無端状に形成されている。シーブ、ローラなどの駆動部材が駆動することによって、移動手摺1Aが循環移動する。移動手摺1Aが循環移動することによって、移動手摺1Aは、エスカレータ装置における下階側乗降口2と上階側乗降口3とにおいて反転される。
図18は、この発明の実施の形態2に係る移動手摺を構成する移動手摺用長尺部材の長手方向一端部を示す斜視図である。移動手摺1Bでは、移動手摺用長尺部材5における長手方向一端部501のオーバーラップ部109の形状が、実施の形態1の移動手摺1Aと異なる。オーバーラップ部109の先端部には、傾斜部115が形成されている。傾斜部115は、移動手摺1Bの幅方向に視た場合に、移動手摺1Bの厚さ方向に延びる面に対して傾斜するように形成されている。具体的には、傾斜部115は、傾斜部115における裏側の部分よりも傾斜部115における表側の部分の方が手摺本体部101から長手方向先端側に延びるように形成されている。その他の構成は、実施の形態1と同様である。
図20は、この発明の実施の形態3に係る移動手摺を示す断面図である。図21は、図20の移動手摺が製造される手順を示す斜視図である。図22は、図21の被覆樹脂117が移動手摺用長尺部材5に盛り付けられた状態を示す斜視図である。移動手摺1Cでは、移動手摺用長尺部材5における手摺本体部101の裏側の部分である被覆樹脂117が除去される。移動手摺用長尺部材5から被覆樹脂117が除去される領域には、被オーバーラップ部108が含まれる。その後、長手方向一端部501と長手方向他端部502とが互いに接合される。手摺長手方向について、被覆樹脂117の接合部P4、P5、手摺本体部101の接合部P1、布103の接合部P2および抗張体102の接合部P3は、互いにずれて配置されている。
図23は、この発明の実施の形態4に係る移動手摺を示す斜視図である。図21に示すように、実施の形態3の移動手摺1Cでは、手摺長手方向についての被覆樹脂117の端面は、移動手摺用長尺部材5の切断面に平行である。言い換えれば、手摺長手方向についての被覆樹脂117の端面は、手摺長手方向に垂直な面となっている。図22に示すように、実施の形態3では、熱プレス工程において、被覆樹脂117の端面と移動手摺用長尺部材5における被覆樹脂117が除去された領域との間の接合部P4および接合部P5を互いに融着する。
図24は、この発明の実施の形態5に係る移動手摺を示す斜視図である。図22に示すように、実施の形態3の移動手摺1Cでは、熱プレス工程において、被覆樹脂117の端面と移動手摺用長尺部材5における被覆樹脂117が除去された領域との間の接合部P4および接合部P5を互いに融着する。
Claims (9)
- 手摺本体部と、
前記手摺本体部におけるガイド面に設けられ、前記手摺本体部に沿った方向である手摺長手方向に延びた布と、
前記手摺本体部との間に前記布が挟まれるように、前記布に設けられた樹脂シートと
を備え、
前記布における手摺ガイドに対向する面には、前記布における前記手摺長手方向についての端部が配置されており、
前記端部は、前記樹脂シートによって覆われている移動手摺。 - 前記布は、
被オーバーラップ部と、
前記被オーバーラップ部における前記手摺ガイド側の面に重ねられたオーバーラップ部と
を有し、
前記布における前記手摺長手方向についての前記端部は、前記オーバーラップ部における前記手摺長手方向についての端部である請求項1に記載の移動手摺。 - 前記樹脂シートにおける厚さ方向の寸法は、前記布と前記手摺ガイドとの間の隙間の寸法よりも小さい請求項1または請求項2に記載の移動手摺。
- 前記樹脂シートを構成する樹脂は、前記手摺本体部を構成する樹脂と同一となっている請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の移動手摺。
- 手摺本体部におけるガイド面に設けられ前記手摺本体部に沿った方向である手摺長手方向に延びた布が前記手摺本体部と樹脂シートとの間に挟まれるように、前記樹脂シートが前記布に設けられる樹脂シート設置工程と、
前記樹脂シート設置工程の後に、前記手摺本体部および前記布を有する1本の移動手摺用長尺部材の長手方向一端部および長手方向他端部が互いに接合される熱プレス工程と
を備え、
前記布における手摺ガイドに対向する面には、前記布における前記手摺長手方向についての端部が配置されており、
前記熱プレス工程では、前記端部が前記樹脂シートによって覆われる移動手摺の製造方法。 - 前記布は、
被オーバーラップ部と、
前記被オーバーラップ部における前記手摺ガイド側の面に重ねられたオーバーラップ部と
を有し、
前記布における前記手摺長手方向についての前記端部は、前記オーバーラップ部における前記手摺長手方向についての端部である請求項5に記載の移動手摺の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂シート設置工程では、前記樹脂シートが加熱されて前記樹脂シートが軟化した後に、前記端部が前記樹脂シートによって覆われるように前記樹脂シートが前記布に貼り付けられる請求項5または請求項6に記載の移動手摺の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂シート設置工程では、前記端部が前記樹脂シートによって覆われた後に、前記樹脂シートが加熱されて前記樹脂シートが軟化して、前記樹脂シートが前記布に貼り付けられる請求項5または請求項6に記載の移動手摺の製造方法。
- 前記熱プレス工程では、前記端部には、前記長手方向一端部と前記長手方向他端部と間の接合によって前記樹脂シートの一部が埋められる請求項5から請求項8までの何れか一項に記載の移動手摺の製造方法。
