Abstract
Description
以下に図面を参照して本発明の実施形態を説明する。図1、図2は第1実施形態の電動自動車1の側面図及び上面図を示している。電動自動車1は車輪2を駆動する動力源として駆動モータ3を備えている。電動自動車1の車体のフロア下には駆動モータ3に電力を供給する駆動源として蓄電デバイスパック5(蓄電デバイス集合体)が設置される。
次に、図7、図8は第2実施形態の蓄電デバイス10の分解斜視図及び側面断面図を示している。説明の便宜上、前述の図1〜図6に示す第1実施形態と同様の部分には同一の符号を付している。本実施形態は包装材25の形状が第1実施形態と異なっており、その他の部分は第1実施形態と同様である。
次に、図11は第3実施形態の蓄電デバイス10の分解斜視図を示している。説明の便宜上、前述の図7、図8に示す第2実施形態と同様の部分には同一の符号を付している。本実施形態は包装材15及び包装材25が単一部材により形成される。その他の部分は第2実施形態と同様である。

Claims (18)
- 熱接着性樹脂層を有する積層体の外装部材に蓄電素子を封入し、電動自動車に駆動源として搭載される蓄電デバイスにおいて、前記外装部材が周縁シール部と、前記周縁シール部の内縁から所定の深さで形成されるとともに前記蓄電素子を収納する収納部とを有し、前記収納部の深さ方向及び前記収納部の深さ方向に直交する第1方向が電動自動車の前後方向または左右方向に配置されるとともに、前記収納部の深さ方向及び前記第1方向に直交する第2方向が電動自動車の高さ方向に配置されることを特徴とする蓄電デバイス。
- 前記収納部の前記第1方向の長さが前記第2方向の長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記収納部の前記第1方向の長さが前記第2方向の長さの2倍〜30倍であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記第1方向に延びる前記周縁シール部が折曲により前記収納部の周壁上に重ねられることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記外装部材の流れ方向が前記第1方向に直交することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記蓄電素子が第1電極端子及び第2電極端子を有し、前記第1電極端子及び前記第2電極端子が前記第2方向に延びる前記周縁シール部から突出することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記第1方向に対向する前記周縁シール部の一方から前記第1電極端子が突出し、他方から前記第2電極端子が突出することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイスを前記収納部の深さ方向に複数並設して外装容器に収納し、電動自動車に搭載される蓄電デバイス集合体において、複数の前記蓄電デバイスを並設した方向の長さが前記第2方向の長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする蓄電デバイス集合体。
- 複数の前記蓄電デバイスを並設した方向の長さよりも前記第1方向の長さが大きいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の蓄電デバイス集合体。
- 前記外装容器が載置される載置部材を備え、前記載置部材が温度調整機能を有することを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載の蓄電デバイス集合体。
- 前記外装容器が載置される載置部材を備え、前記載置部材が液体吸収材により形成されることを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載の蓄電デバイス集合体。
- 請求項8〜請求項11のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス集合体と、前記蓄電デバイス集合体から電力供給される駆動モータと、前記駆動モータにより駆動される車輪とを備え、前記蓄電デバイス集合体が車体底部に高さ方向に1段で配置されることを特徴とする電動自動車。
- 電動自動車に駆動源として搭載される蓄電デバイスの蓄電素子を封入する蓄電デバイス用外装部材において、熱接着性樹脂層を有する積層体であり、一面に開口部を開口して所定の深さに形成されるとともに前記蓄電素子を収納する収納部と、前記開口部の周縁から外周側に突出して前記第2包装材を熱接着するフランジ部とを有し、前記収納部の深さ方向に垂直な面内で前記収納部の所定の第1方向の長さが前記第1方向に直交する第2方向の長さよりも大きく、前記積層体の流れ方向が前記第1方向に直交することを特徴とする蓄電デバイス用外装部材。
- 前記収納部の前記第1方向の長さが前記第2方向の長さの2倍〜30倍であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の蓄電デバイス用外装部材。
- 電動自動車に駆動源として搭載される蓄電デバイスの製造方法において、熱接着性樹脂層を有する積層体により収納部を備えた外装部材を準備する工程と、前記収納部に蓄電素子を収納して前記外装部材により包装する工程とを備え、前記収納部の深さ方向及び前記収納部の深さ方向に直交する第1方向が電動自動車の前後方向または左右方向に配置されるとともに、前記収納部の深さ方向及び前記第1方向に直交する第2方向が電動自動車の高さ方向に配置され、前記収納部の前記第1方向の長さが前記第2方向の長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記収納部の前記第1方向の長さが前記第2方向の長さの2倍〜30倍であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記外装部材により包装する工程が、前記熱接着性樹脂層の熱接着により前記外装部材を封止する周縁シール部を前記外装部材の周部に形成し、前記第2方向に延びる前記周縁シール部を折曲して前記収納部の周壁上に重ねることを特徴とする請求項15または請求項16に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記外装部材の流れ方向に対して前記第1方向が直交することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
