Description
以下に図面を参照して本発明の実施形態を説明する。図1、図2は第1実施形態の電動自動車1の側面図及び上面図を示している。電動自動車(移動体)1は車輪2を駆動する動力源として駆動モータ3を備えている。電動自動車1の車体(移動体本体)のフロア下には駆動モータ3に電力を供給する駆動源として蓄電デバイス集合体5が設置される。
次に、図11は第2実施形態の蓄電デバイス10の分解斜視図を示している。説明の便宜上、前述の図1~図10に示す第1実施形態と同様の部分には同一の符号を付している。本実施形態は包装材25の形状が第1実施形態と異なっており、その他の部分は第1実施形態と同様である。
次に、図12は第3実施形態の電動自動車1の上面図を示している。説明の便宜上、前述の図1~図10に示す第1実施形態と同様の部分には同一の符号を付している。本実施形態は第1実施形態に対して蓄電デバイス集合体5の配置が異なっている。その他の部分は第1実施形態と同様である。

Claims (9)
- 熱接着性樹脂層を有する積層体の外装部材に蓄電素子が封入された蓄電デバイスにおいて、
前記外装部材が、一面に略長方形の開口部を開口して所定の深さに形成されるとともに前記蓄電素子を収納する収納部と、前記開口部の周縁から外周側に突出するフランジ部と、前記開口部を覆い前記フランジ部と熱接着する蓋部と、を有し、
前記蓄電素子が、前記開口部の対向する長辺側からそれぞれ外側に突出して前記フランジ部と前記蓋部とで挟持される一対の電極端子を有し、
前記電極端子の幅は、前記開口部の長手方向の長さの1/2よりも大きく、5cm以上100cm以下であり、
前記開口部は、長手方向の長さが短手方向の長さの1.5倍以上30倍以下であることを特徴とする蓄電デバイス。 - 前記電極端子は、前記フランジ部の外縁から0.5mm以上50mm以下外側に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 前記外装部材の流れ方向が、前記電極端子の幅方向と直交することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイス。
- 請求項1~請求項3のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイスを前記収納部の深さ方向に複数並設した蓄電デバイス集合体において、
前記収納部の深さ方向に並ぶ複数の前記電極端子を電気的に接続する回路基板を備え、
前記回路基板は、前記電極端子が挿通されるスリットと、前記スリットに挿通された前記電極端子と電気接続する電極パターンを有することを特徴とする蓄電デバイス集合体。 - 前記スリットから突出する前記電極端子の先端部は、屈曲して前記電極パターンと電気接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の蓄電デバイス集合体。
- 冷媒が流通する冷媒流路を内部に有し、前記回路基板上に配置して前記電極端子に接触または近接する冷却板を備えることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の蓄電デバイス集合体。
- 請求項4~請求項6のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス集合体と、前記蓄電デバイス集合体から電力供給される駆動モータと、前記駆動モータにより駆動される移動体であって、
前記収納部の深さ方向が、移動体本体の前後方向に配置され、
前記開口部の長手方向が、移動体本体の左右方向に配置され、
前記開口部の短手方向が、移動体本体の高さ方向に配置されることを特徴とする移動体。 - 請求項4~請求項6のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス集合体と、前記蓄電デバイス集合体から電力供給される駆動モータと、前記駆動モータにより駆動される移動体であって、
前記収納部の深さ方向が、移動体本体の左右方向に配置され、
前記開口部の長手方向が、移動体本体の前後方向に配置され、
前記開口部の短手方向が、移動体本体の高さ方向に配置されることを特徴とする移動体。 - 請求項4~請求項6のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイス集合体と、前記蓄電デバイス集合体から電力供給される駆動モータと、前記駆動モータにより駆動される移動体であって、
前記収納部の深さ方向が、移動体本体の高さ方向に配置されることを特徴とする移動体。
