Claims (7)
- 患者の手の甲の止血すべき部位を覆うように前記患者の指に配置される被覆部材と、
前記被覆部材が前記止血すべき部位を覆った状態で、前記止血すべき部位を圧迫する押圧部材と、
前記患者に前記被覆部材を固定する線状部材と、を備え、
前記被覆部材は、前記線状部材を挿通可能な孔部を有し、
前記線状部材は、前記被覆部材と接続される接続部を有し、
前記線状部材は、前記孔部に前記線状部材を挿通した状態で、前記被覆部材と前記線状部材との間に、前記被覆部材を前記患者の手に固定するために前記線状部材の一部を挿通可能な空間を形成でき、
前記押圧部材は、前記孔部および前記接続部を通る仮想線よりも前記被覆部材の先端側に配置される、ことを特徴とする止血器具。 - 前記被覆部材は、前記患者の指に配置される指サック部と、前記指サック部の基端側に形成され、前記患者の手の甲および前記止血すべき部位を被覆される被覆部と、を備え、
前記被覆部は、第1領域と、前記第1領域の周囲に配置され、前記第1領域を形成する材料よりも伸縮性が高い部材で形成された第2領域と、前記第2領域の周囲に配置され、前記第2領域を形成する材料よりも伸縮性が低い材料で形成された第3領域と、を有し、
前記押圧部材は、前記第1領域に対応する位置に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の止血器具。 - 前記第1領域を形成する材料は、前記第3領域を形成する材料よりも伸縮性が低く、かつ、前記第2領域及び前記第3領域よりも硬い、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の止血器具。
- 前記指サック部は、前記指サック部の内腔の大きさを調節可能な内腔調節機構を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の止血器具。
- 前記内腔調節機構は、前記指サック部の外表面に配置され前記指サック部の内腔を狭めた状態に保持可能な保持部材を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の止血器具。
- 前記指サック部は、前記線状部材が貫通可能な貫通孔を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
- 前記指サック部は、前記被覆部材を前記患者の手に装着する際に、前記指サック部と前記押圧部材との位置関係を維持するための目安を示すガイドマーカーを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の止血器具。
