Abstract
Description
第1の実施形態に掛かる液体霧化装置1を、図1を参照して説明する。図1は、本実施形態1に係る液体霧化装置1の構成を模式的に示す説明図である。
第2の実施形態に掛かる液体霧化装置101を、図2を参照して説明する。図2は、本実施形態2に係る液体霧化装置101の構成を模式的に示す説明図である。
実施形態1の液体霧化装置1では、霧化本体部材11の気体放出面11aを水平とし、この気体放出面11aに液滴LQPを滴下した。これに対し、本実施形態2の液体霧化装置101では、板状の霧化本体部材111の気体放出面111aを斜めに保持した点で異なる。そこで以下では、異なる部分を中心に説明し、同様の部分は、同一の符号を付すほか、説明を省略あるいは簡略化する。
次いで、第3の実施形態に掛かる液体霧化装置201を、図3,図4を参照して説明する。図3,図4は、いずれも本実施形態3に係る液体霧化装置201の構成を模式的に示す説明図であるが、このうちでも図3は、移動機構240で下記する離間状態を実現し、霧化部210に気体ARを供給して、霧化本体部材211から液体LQのミストLQMを発生させている様子を示す説明図である。一方、図4は、移動機構240で下記する接触状態を実現し、霧化本体部材211を収容液体LQS中に浸漬して、霧化本体部材211中に液体LQを染み込ませている様子を示す説明図である。

- 三次元網目状に連結した微細気孔を有する多孔質体からなり、
表面の一部が気体圧入面であり、
上記表面の他の一部が気体放出面である
霧化本体部材と、
上記霧化本体部材の上記微細気孔内に染み込ませる液体を上記霧化本体部材に供給する液体供給部と、
上記霧化本体部材の上記気体放出面に比して上記気体圧入面を高気圧として、
上記気体圧入面から、上記霧化本体部材の上記微細気孔内に気体を圧入し、
上記気体放出面から、上記気体と共に、上記微細気孔内に染み込ませた上記液体のミストを放出させる
気体供給部と、を備える
液体霧化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体霧化装置であって、
前記液体供給部は、
前記気体放出面の少なくとも一部に前記液体を供給する放出面液体供給部である
液体霧化装置。 - 請求項2に記載の液体霧化装置であって、
前記気体放出面のうち、前記放出面液体供給部により供給された前記液体が流れ拡がる部位が、斜め上方を向く上向き斜面をなす
液体霧化装置。 - 請求項3に記載の液体霧化装置であって、
前記上向き斜面の法線が、45度以下の仰角をなす
液体霧化装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体霧化装置であって、
前記液体供給部は、
前記液体を収容する液体容器、及び、
上記液体容器と前記霧化本体部材の少なくともいずれかを移動させて、
上記霧化本体部材の少なくとも一部を上記液体容器に収容した上記液体である収容液体に接触させて、上記液体を上記霧化本体部材の前記微細気孔内に染み込ませる接触状態と、
上記霧化本体部材を上記収容液体とは離間した離間状態と、
を実現する構成を有する移動機構を有し、
前記気体供給部は、
上記移動機構が上記離間状態を実現しているときに、上記霧化本体部材の前記気体放出面に比して前記気体圧入面を高気圧とする
