Claims (5)
- 液体に対して接触又は浸漬可能なチップ(1)と、該チップ(1)を振動させる振動子(9)とを備え、上記チップ(1)を液体に接触又は浸漬した後、液体から引き上げてチップ(1)を濡らすことによって、一定量の液体をチップ(1)に付着させ、上記振動子(9)によりチップ(1)を超音波振動させることによって、チップ(1)に付着した液体を霧化するとともに塗布部(7)に噴射塗布する液体の塗布装置。
- 液体が表面張力によってチップ(1)に付着する請求項1の液体の塗布装置。
- チップ(1)の先端形状又は濡れ面積を変更することにより液体の付着量を変更する請求項2の液体の塗布装置。
- チップ(1)の先端側に円柱形状の液体付着部(21)を設け、液体付着部(21)の外周の所定範囲をコーティングすることにより、液体の付着量が浸漬深さに影響されないように液体付着部(21)の未コーティング部分のみに濡れ性を持たせる請求項2又は3の塗布装置。
- 液体が、ハンダ付け時に、ハンダ付けする部分に予め塗布されるフラックス液(4)である請求項1,2,3又は4の液体の塗布装置。
