<第1の実施形態>
図2は、第1の実施形態に係るセンサ装置2Aの一例を示す図であり、表と側面と裏の各方向から見たセンサ装置2Aの外観の例を示す。図2に示すセンサ装置2Aは、電極を構成する導電性布帛21及び22と、絶縁性の不織布31と、基板10とを有する。
<第2の実施形態>
図5は、第2の実施形態に係るセンサ装置2Bの一例を示す図である。図5に示すセンサ装置2Bは、電極を構成する導電性布帛23及び24と、絶縁性の不織布33及び34と、基板10とを有する。センサ装置2Bにおける基板10は、既に説明したセンサ装置2Aにおける基板10と同じものであり、後述するセンサ装置2C及び2Dにおける基板10も同様である。以下では、既に説明したセンサ装置2Aとの相違点を中心に説明する。
<第3の実施形態>
図9は、第3の実施形態に係るセンサ装置2Cの一例を示す図である。図9に示すセンサ装置2Cは、電極を構成する導電性布帛25及び26と、絶縁性の不織布35及び36と、基板10とを有する。以下では、既に説明したセンサ装置2A、2Bとの相違点を中心に説明する。
<第4の実施形態>
図13Aは、第4の実施形態に係るセンサ装置2Dの一例を示す図である。図13Bは、図13Aに示すセンサ装置2Dにおける電極カバー41の図示を省略した状態を示す図である。図13Aに示すセンサ装置2Dは、既に説明した図9に示すセンサ装置2Cにおいて外側に露出していた導電性布帛25の面(前記不織布35と接触している面と反対側の面)を、絶縁性の電極カバー41により覆ったものであり、その他の構成は図9に示すセンサ装置2Cと概ね同じである。ただし、センサ装置2Cにおける不織布36は、センサ装置2Dにおいて不織布36よりも若干サイズが大きい不織布36Aに置き換えられている。
Claims (15)
- 電極を構成する導電性布帛と、
絶縁性の不織布とを有し、
前記導電性布帛は、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記不織布の一方の面に結合されている、
センサ装置。 - 前記不織布を介して第1の導電性布帛である前記導電性布帛に対面した第2の導電性布帛をさらに有し、
前記第1の導電性布帛は、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記不織布の前記一方の面に結合され、
前記第2の導電性布帛は、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記不織布の他方の面に結合されている、
請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。 - 第1の不織布である前記不織布に重ねられた第2の不織布と、
前記第1の不織布と前記第2の不織布とを介して第1の導電性布帛である前記導電性布帛に対面した第2の導電性布帛とをさらに有し、
前記第1の導電性布帛は、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって、前記第1の導電性布帛に隣接する前記第1の不織布の前記一方の面に結合され、
前記第2の導電性布帛は、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって、前記第2の導電性布帛に隣接する前記第2の不織布の一方の面に結合されている、
請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。 - 第1の不織布である前記不織布に対面した第2の不織布と、
前記第1の不織布を介して第1の導電性布帛である前記導電性布帛に対面した第2の導電性布帛とをさらに有し、
前記第1の導電性布帛は、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記第1の不織布の前記一方の面に結合され、
前記第2の導電性布帛は、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記第2の不織布の一方の面に結合されている、
請求項1に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記第1の導電性布帛に結合された前記第1の不織布と前記第2の導電性布帛に結合された前記第2の不織布とが、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって結合されている、
請求項3又は4に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記センサ装置の平面視において、前記第1の導電性布帛に結合された前記第1の不織布と前記第2の導電性布帛に結合された前記第2の不織布との結合場所が、前記第1と第2の導電性布帛の領域の外側に位置する、
請求項5に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記センサ装置の平面視において、前記第1の導電性布帛が前記不織布に結合された場所と前記第2の導電性布帛が前記不織布に結合された場所とがずれている、
請求項2乃至6の何れか一項に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記センサ装置の平面視において、前記第1のの導電性布帛の外縁と前記第2のの導電性布帛の外縁とが、前記不織布の前記一方の面に沿った方向に互いに離れている、
請求項2乃至7の何れか一項に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記不織布の前記一方の面には、前記一方の面に結合された前記導電性布帛と導通する配線パターンが形成されている、
請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記導電性布帛の前記不織布に接する面とは反対側の面を覆う絶縁性の電極カバーを有し、
前記電極カバーは、絶縁性の不織布からなり、
前記導電性布帛が結合される前記不織布と前記電極カバーとが、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって結合されている、
請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のセンサ装置。 - 前記センサ装置は、車両用シートの内側又は車両の内張りの内側に、前記電極カバーが前記車両用シートの外側又は前記内張りの外側に面するように配置されており、
前記電極カバーの色は、前記車両用シートの外面の色又は前記内張りの外面の色と同じである、
請求項10に記載のセンサ装置。 - 電極を構成する第1及び第2の導電性布帛と、前記第1及び第2のの導電性布帛を互いに絶縁する絶縁性の不織布とを有するセンサ装置の製造方法であって、
前記第1の導電性布帛を、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記不織布の一方の面に結合し、
前記第2の導電性布帛を、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記不織布の他方の面に結合し、
前記第2の導電性布帛は、前記センサ装置の平面視において、前記第1の導電性布帛が前記不織布に結合された場所に対してずれた場所で前記不織布に結合される、
センサ装置の製造方法。 - 電極を構成する第1及び第2の導電性布帛と、重ねられた絶縁性の第1及び第2の不織布とを有するセンサ装置の製造方法であって、
前記第1の導電性布帛を、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記第1の不織布の一方の面に結合し、
前記第2の導電性布帛を、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記第2の不織布の一方の面に結合し、
前記第1の導電性布帛に結合された前記第1の不織布と、前記第2の導電性布帛に結合された前記第2の不織布とを、前記第1及び第2の導電性布帛が前記第1及び第2の不織布を介して対面するように重ねて、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方により結合し、
前記第1の不織布と前記第2の不織布とは、前記センサ装置の平面視において、前記第1及び第2の導電性布帛の領域の外側の位置で結合される、

前記第2の導電性布帛を、融着及び縫合の少なくとも一方によって前記第2の不織布の一方の面に結合し、

前記第1の不織布と前記第2の不織布とは、前記センサ装置の平面視において、前記第1及び第2の導電性布帛の領域の外側の位置で結合される、
