Claims (7)
- 支持面に対して起立状態で支持された柱状構造物を乾燥させる装置であって、
前記支持面に向けて乾燥用気体を供給する供給部と、供給された乾燥用気体を排出する排出部とが、いずれも前記支持面に対向する対向面に設けられている柱状構造物の乾燥装置。 - 前記供給部および排出部は、それぞれ複数設けられており、
一の前記供給部の周囲に複数の前記排出部が対称に配置されている請求項1に記載の柱状構造物の乾燥装置。 - 前記支持面と前記対向面との間に乾燥空間を画定する周壁部を更に備え、
前記供給部および排出部は、前記乾燥空間において前記対向面にのみ設けられている請求項1または2に記載の柱状構造物の乾燥装置。 - 前記排出部は、前記乾燥空間を排出路と連通しており、
前記供給部は、前記排出路を横断して前記乾燥空間に臨む導入管を備える請求項3に記載の柱状構造物の乾燥装置。 - 前記排出部は、前記柱状構造物の軸線上に配置されている請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の柱状構造物の乾燥装置。
- 前記供給部は、前記柱状構造物の軸線上から外れた位置に配置されている請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の柱状構造物の乾燥装置。
- 支持面に起立状態で支持された柱状構造物を乾燥させて製造する方法であって、
前記支持面に対向する対向面に設けられた供給部から前記支持面に向けて乾燥用気体を供給する供給ステップと、
前記対向面に設けられた排出部から乾燥用気体を排出する排出ステップとを備える柱状構造物の製造方法。
