Abstract
Description
捲回群3の扁平面に沿う方向でかつ捲回群3の捲回軸方向に直交する方向を中心軸方向として前記捲回群3の周囲には絶縁保護フィルム2が巻き付けられている。絶縁保護フィルム2は、例えばPP(ポリプロピレン)などの合成樹脂製の一枚のシートまたは複数のフィルム部材からなり、捲回群3の扁平面と平行な方向でかつ捲回軸方向に直交する方向を巻き付け中心として巻き付けることができる長さを有している。
この正極合剤を厚さ20μmのアルミニウム箔(正極電極箔)の両面に溶接部(正極未塗工部)を残して塗布した。その後、乾燥、プレス、裁断工程を経て、アルミニウム箔を含まない正極活物質塗布部厚さ90μmの正極電極31を得た。
図4は、図3に示すA−A線に沿う正極電極34、負極電極32、及びセパレータ33、35の模式的な断面図である。

Claims (8)
- 金属箔上に合剤層と、当該合剤層上に設けられた絶縁層を有し、前記絶縁層塗布後にプレスした電極を有する二次電池において、
前記絶縁層にはセラミックス粒子を含み、
前記セラミックス粒子はモース硬度9未満であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池において、
前記電極は、前記絶縁層と前記合剤層とを同時塗布で作製した電極であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 電極箔上に塗布された合剤層と、
前記合剤層上に設けられたセラミックス層と、を有する二次電池において、
前記合剤層の表面は凹凸形状を有し、前記セラミックス層の表面は平坦形状を有し、
前記セラミックス層に用いられるセラミックス粒子のモース硬度は9未満であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の二次電池において、
前記セラミックス粒子の粒径は、前記合剤層を構成する活物質粒子の粒径よりも小さいことを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1乃至4に記載の二次電池において、
前記セラミックス粒子は、板状形状であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の二次電池において、
前記セラミックス粒子はベーマイト、又はシリカであることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の二次電池において、
前記電極は負極であることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 金属箔上に合剤層と、当該合剤層上に設けられた絶縁層を有し、前記絶縁層塗布後に電極をプレスする電極の製造方法において、
前記絶縁層にはセラミックス粒子を含み、
前記セラミックス粒子はモース硬度9未満であることを特徴とする電極の製造方法。
