図1を参照して、本発明の実施の形態1における電動機の内部構成について説明する。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2に係る電動機100について、図9を用いて説明する。以下、特に説明しない限り、実施の形態1と同一の構成には同一の符号を付し、説明を繰り返さない。
次に、本発明の実施の形態3に係る電動機200について、図10を用いて説明する。以下、特に説明しない限り、実施の形態1と同一の構成には同一の符号を付し、説明を繰り返さない。
次に、本発明の実施の形態4に係る電動機300について、図11を用いて説明する。以下、特に説明しない限り、実施の形態1と同一の構成には同一の符号を付し、説明を繰り返さない。なお、図11中の矢印は空気の流れを示している。
次に、本発明の実施の形態5に係る送風装置400について、図12を用いて説明する。なお、図12中の矢印は空気の流れを示している。
Claims (10)
- 回転軸を中心に回転する回転子鉄心と、
前記回転子鉄心に形成された磁石挿入孔に挿入された永久磁石と、
前記回転子鉄心の前記回転軸方向の両端面にそれぞれ設けられた第一および第二の端板と、
前記第一の端板の表面に前記回転軸を包囲して設けられた羽根部と、を備えた回転子を有し、
前記回転子は、前記第一の端板の前記羽根部と前記回転軸との間に開口し、前記回転子鉄心と前記第二の端板とを貫通する冷却孔を有する電動機。 - 前記羽根部は、前記第一の端板と一体に形成されている請求項1に記載の電動機。
- 前記羽根部の外側の端部は、前記羽根部の内側の端部よりも前記回転子の回転方向において後方に位置している請求項1または2に記載の電動機。
- 前記磁石挿入孔は、前記第一の端板および前記第二の端板によって塞がれている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電動機。
- 前記回転子の外側に配置され、固定子鉄心と、前記固定子鉄心に巻装された巻線とを有する固定子を更に備え、
前記巻線は、前記固定子鉄心から前記回転軸方向に突出したコイルエンド部を有し、
前記羽根部は、前記コイルエンド部に対向している請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電動機。 - 前記回転子および前記固定子を収容するケースを更に備え、
前記ケースは、前記コイルエンド部よりも径方向外側にケース開口部を有し、
前記ケース開口部は、前記ケースの内側と前記ケースの外側とを連通している請求項5に記載の電動機。 - 前記羽根部を覆う円板を更に備える請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電動機。
- 前記冷却孔の前記第二の端板側の開口部には、前記第一の端板に向かって延在するガイド部が形成されている請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電動機。
- 前記ガイド部は、前記第二の端板と一体に形成されている請求項8に記載の電動機。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項の電動機を備える送風装置。
