Claims (8)
- シャフトと、
前記シャフトまたは前記シャフトに取り付けられた部材に設けられた第1対向面と、
前記第1対向面に前記シャフトの一端側から対向する第1軸受部と、
前記シャフトまたは前記シャフトに取り付けられた部材に設けられ、前記第1対向面および前記第1軸受部よりも前記シャフトの一端側に位置する第2対向面と、
前記第2対向面に前記シャフトの一端側から対向する第2軸受部と、
を備える軸受構造。 - 前記シャフトが一端側に最大に移動した場合の前記第1対向面と前記第1軸受部との隙間量である第1最小隙間量は、前記シャフトが一端側に最大に移動した場合の前記第2対向面と前記第2軸受部との隙間量である第2最小隙間量と異なる請求項1に記載の軸受構造。
- 前記シャフトが挿通される挿通孔が形成され、前記挿通孔よりも前記シャフトの径方向外側に前記第2軸受部が設けられた軸受壁部と、
前記軸受壁部のうち前記挿通孔の中心よりも上方に形成され、前記第2軸受部から前記シャフトの一端側に窪み、前記軸受壁部の外周に開口する上側油保持部と、
を備える請求項1または2に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記シャフトが挿通される挿通孔が形成され、前記挿通孔よりも前記シャフトの径方向外側に前記第2軸受部が設けられた軸受壁部と、
前記軸受壁部のうち前記挿通孔の中心よりも下方に形成され、前記第2軸受部から前記シャフトの一端側に窪み、前記挿通孔の内周面に開口する下側油保持部と、
を備える請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記シャフトのうち、前記第1対向面と前記第2対向面との間に設けられた第3対向面と、
前記シャフトが挿通され、前記第3対向面に対向する第3軸受部が一端面に設けられ、他端面に前記第1軸受部が設けられた軸受部材と、
を備える請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記軸受部材が収容されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに形成された取り付け孔と、
前記軸受部材に形成され、前記取り付け孔に対して前記シャフトの径方向に対向するピン孔と、
前記取り付け孔に固定され、先端側が前記ピン孔に挿入されるピンと、
を備える請求項5に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記軸受部材よりも前記シャフトの一端側に取り付けられ、前記第2対向面が形成された回転部材と、
前記回転部材に形成され、前記第2対向面に一端が開口し、他端が前記第2対向面よりも前記シャフトの他端側に開口する貫通孔と、
を備える請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造。 - 前記請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の軸受構造を備える過給機。
