Claims (5)
- 互いに連通する流体通路をそれぞれ有している第1の部材および第2の部材との突き合わせ部に設けられ、第1および第2の部材の一部を構成とするシール構造であって、
前記両部材間に介在させられる環状のガスケットを備えており、少なくとも一方の部材のガスケット対向面は、内径側の第1の面と、前記第1の面の外径側に設けられた環状の第1突起と、前記第1突起の外径側に設けられた第2の面と、前記第2の面の外径側に設けられ、かつ前記第1突起よりも前記第2の面に対する突出量が大きい環状の第2突起と、前記第2突起の外径側に設けられた第3の面とを備えており、
前記第1突起および第2突起がガスケットに食い込み、少なくとも前記第2の面がガスケットを押圧していることを特徴とするシール構造。 - 前記第2の面が前記第1の面および第3の面より突出させられていることを特徴とする請求項1のシール構造。
- 互いに連通する流体通路をそれぞれ有している第1の部材と第2の部材とをねじで締め付けて接続する際のシール方法であって、前記両部材間に環状のガスケットを介在させるとともに、少なくとも一方の部材の前記ガスケットに対向する面に、内径側の第1の面と、前記第1の面の外径側に位置する環状の第1突起と、前記第1突起の外径側に位置し、かつ前記第1の面に対して突出させられた第2の面と、前記第2の面の外径側に位置し、かつ前記第1突起よりも前記第2の面に対する突出量が大きい環状の第2突起と、前記第2突起の外径側に位置し、かつ前記第2の面に対して凹まされた第3の面とをそれぞれ設けておき、
前記ねじの締付けに伴って、まず、前記第2突起を前記ガスケットの側面に当接させ、次いで、前記第1突起を前記ガスケットの側面に当接させ、次いで、前記第2の面を前記ガスケットに当接させることを特徴とするシール方法。 - 互いに連通する流体通路をそれぞれ有している第1および第2の部材と、前記両部材同士を結合する締付手段と、前記両部材の突き合わせ部に設けられるシール構造とを備えている継手であって、前記シール構造が請求項1または2のものとされていることを特徴とする継手。
- 逆止弁機構が内蔵されていることを特徴とする請求項4の継手。
