Abstract
Description
水溶性多糖類の含有量の下限値は、特に制限されず、マイクロニードル12の全質量を基準として60質量%でも70質量%でも81質量%でも84質量%でも87質量%でも89質量%でもよい。水溶性多糖類の含有量の上限値は、特に制限されず、マイクロニードル12の全質量を基準として95質量%でも97質量%でも98質量%でも98.98質量%でも99質量%でもよい。水溶性多糖類の含有量は、一例として、マイクロニードル12の全質量と基準として81質量%以上かつ99質量%以下であってよく、81.1質量%以上かつ98.98質量%以下であってよい。マイクロニードル・シート10は全体的に略均一に製造されるため、マイクロニードル・シート10上に形成された個々のマイクロニードル12の全質量(すなわち一つのマイクロニードル12の全質量)を基準とした水溶性多糖類の含有量は、該シート10の全質量を基準とした水溶性多糖類の含有量と略同一である。
Claims (4)
- シートの主面に略沿って該シートに形成された複数のマイクロニードルを備え、
前記マイクロニードルが水溶性多糖類と、水とを含み、
水の含有量はマイクロニードルの全質量を基準として1質量%以上かつ19質量%未満であり、
前記シートが曲げられることで前記マイクロニードルが前記主面から立ち上がる、
マイクロニードル・シート。 - 前記水溶性多糖類が、アルドース、ウロン酸、アルドサミン及びこれらの誘導体からなる群から選択される一以上の糖単位から構成される多糖である、請求項1に記載のマイクロニードル・シート。
- 前記水溶性多糖類が、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウム、コンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウム、デキストラン、デキストリン、カルメロースナトリウム、キトサン、アルギン酸ナトリウム及びプルランの中から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載のマイクロニードル・シート。
- 前記シートの厚さが10〜300μmである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロニードル・シート。
