Description
Claims (10)
- 光源から出射されて像担持体を走査するレーザー光を偏向する偏向器と、
前記偏向器で偏向された前記レーザー光の走査湾曲を調整する第1折り返しミラー部と、
前記レーザー光の光路において前記第1折り返しミラー部よりも下流側に配置され、前記レーザー光の走査傾きを調整する第2折り返しミラー部と、
を備えることを特徴とする光走査装置。
- 前記第2折り返しミラー部は、一端が固定されると共に、他端が反射面に直交する方向に変位可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光走査装置。
- 装置本体と、
前記装置本体に対して着脱可能に設けられていて用紙を収納する給紙カセットと、
前記装置本体内に設けられていて、光源から出射されて像担持体を走査するレーザー光を偏向する偏向器と、前記偏向器で偏向された前記レーザー光の走査湾曲を調整する第1折り返しミラー部と、前記レーザー光の光路において前記第1折り返しミラー部よりも下流側に配置され、前記レーザー光の走査傾きを調整する第2折り返しミラー部と、を備える光走査装置と、
前記給紙カセットが前記装置本体から取り外された状態で露出する一端部と前記光走査装置の前記第2折り返しミラー部に接続された他端部とを有し、前記一端部から前記他端部へと前記第2折り返しミラー部の調整操作を伝達する調整操作伝達部と、
を備えることを特徴とする画像形成装置。
- 前記装置本体は、前記給紙カセットを装着するための装着部を備え、
前記調整操作伝達部は、前記第2折り返しミラー部の調整操作を前記一端部から前記他端部へと伝達する駆動列であり、前記駆動列は、前記装着部の側面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記調整操作伝達部の前記一端部は、前記駆動列のウォームギアの頭部であり、
前記頭部は、工具を適用するための十字穴、すり割り又は六角穴が設けられていて、前記給紙カセットを前記装着部から引き抜いた方向から回転操作可能に構成され、
前記調整操作伝達部の前記駆動列は、前記頭部の回転操作に応じた調整操作を前記他端部へと伝達するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の画像形成装置。
- 複数色のトナーのそれぞれに対応して、複数の前記第1折り返しミラー部と、複数の前記第2折り返しミラー部と、複数の前記調整操作伝達部と、を備えていて、
前記複数の調整操作伝達部は、それぞれ、前記複数色のトナーに対応する複数の前記頭部を備え、
前記複数の頭部は、上下方向に並んで設置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記調整操作伝達部は、回転力を前記一端部から前記他端部へと伝達して前記回転力を利用して前記第2折り返しミラー部を調整操作するように構成され、
前記調整操作伝達部の前記一端部は、回転操作を受け付けて前記回転力を生じさせる調整操作部であり、前記回転操作を所定間隔毎に規制する回転規制機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記調整操作伝達部は、回転力を前記一端部から前記他端部へと伝達して前記回転力を利用して前記第2折り返しミラー部を調整操作するように構成され、
前記調整操作伝達部の前記一端部は、回転操作を受け付けて前記回転力を生じさせる調整操作部であり、前記回転操作を所定間隔毎に規制する回転規制機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記回転規制機構は、前記調整操作部の外周に沿って複数の溝を有する回転規制ギアと、前記回転規制ギアに対して付勢される回転規制係合部とを有して構成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記回転規制機構は、前記調整操作部の外周に沿って複数の溝を有する回転規制ギアと、前記回転規制ギアに対して付勢される回転規制係合部とを有して構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の画像形成装置。
