Claims (7)
- ブローバイガスが通流し下流側に開口する筒体を有するブローバイヒーターであって、
前記筒体は、下流側の肉厚が開口端に向かって減少するように形成されている
ことを特徴とするブローバイヒーター。 - 前記筒体は、下流側の全周縁の肉厚が開口端に向かって減少するように形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブローバイヒーター。 - 前記筒体は、下流側に向かって断面積が減少する部位を有する金属管によって構成されており、
前記金属管の開口端近傍の内周側には、当該開口端近傍の肉厚が開口端に向かって減少するように、傾斜面部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブローバイヒーター。 - 前記金属管の開口端近傍の内周側の全周縁には、当該開口端近傍の全周縁の肉厚が開口端に向かって減少するように、傾斜面部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のブローバイヒーター。 - 前記傾斜面部は、断面曲線状の面部を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のブローバイヒーター。 - 前記傾斜面部は、前記金属管の外周面と共に角部を形成している
ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれかに記載のブローバイヒーター。 - 前記金属管は、プレス打ち抜きによって形成された金属平板を筒状に加工することで形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3乃至6のいずれかに記載のブローバイヒーター。
