Abstract
Description
ここで含水ポリマーの質量は、乾燥ポリマーの質量と水の質量の合計値である。
ガラス板に、各コーティング液を、スピンコート法で塗布し、0.5μmの膜を成膜した。コーティング液として、メタノール中に、PMEA、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリウレタン、シリコーンを、それぞれ0.2質量%溶解させたものを用いた。
ガラス板に、コーティング液を、スピンコート法で塗布し、0.5μmの膜を成膜した。コーティング液として、メタノールに、PMEAを0.2〜1.5質量%溶解させたものを用いた。
筒状の金属メッシュチューブからなるステント本体の外周を、メッシュ状の開口を塞ぐようにポリウレタン膜で被覆し、さらにその外側をシリコーン膜で被覆した。そして、図6に示すように、ステントの一端を、円筒状の治具100に挿入し、治具100を、図中の矢印の方向に回転させた。そして、メタノールにPMEAを添加して調製したコーティング液(PMEA濃度0.2質量%)を、ステント内周に、0.2〜1.0mL/cm2の塗布量で塗布し、40℃で6時間間乾燥した。
金属メッシュチューブの外周にシリコーン膜からなるカバー部材を配置したステント(以下、「シリコーン膜系ステント」という)(2種類)、金属メッシュチューブの外周にポリウレタン膜からなるカバー部材を配置したステント(以下、「ポリウレタン膜系ステント」という)(n=3)、金属メッシュチューブの外周にフッ素樹脂膜からなるカバー部材を配置したステント(以下、「フッ素樹脂膜系ステント」という)(n=1)、金属メッシュチューブの外周にポリウレタン膜からなるカバー部材を配置し、カバー部材を配置した金属メッシュチューブの内側(ステント内周面)に、PMEA/メタノール溶液(PMEA濃度0.2質量%)のコーティング液をコーティングして、ステント内周をPMEAで被覆したステント(以下、「0.2質量%PMEAコーティングステント」という)(n=3)、金属メッシュチューブの外周にポリウレタン膜からなるカバー部材を配置し、カバー部材を配置した金属メッシュチューブの内側(ステント内周面)に、PMEA/メタノール溶液(PMEA濃度0.5質量%)のコーティング液をコーティングして、ステント内周をPMEAで被覆したステント(以下、0.5質量%PMEAコーティングステント」という)(n=3)を用いた。

Claims (8)
- 筒状の金属メッシュチューブからなるステント本体と、前記ステント本体の外周及び/又は内周を覆うカバー部材とを備えたステント、又は、筒状の樹脂チューブで構成されたステントであって、
前記ステントの内周面が、アクリル酸2−メトキシエチルを重合して得られるポリマーを含む耐スラッジ性樹脂層で被覆されていることを特徴とする胆管留置用ステント。 - 前記耐スラッジ性樹脂層は、アクリル酸2−メトキシエチルを重合して得られるポリマーを0.1〜0.5質量%含有するコーティング液を、前記ステントの内周面に塗布して形成したものである請求項1に記載の胆管留置用ステント。
- 前記カバー部材は、前記ステント本体を被覆するポリウレタン膜と、前記ステント本体及び前記ポリウレタン膜の外周を被覆するシリコーン膜とを備え、
前記耐スラッジ性樹脂層は、前記カバー部材の前記ポリウレタン膜の内周に形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の胆管留置用ステント。 - 前記耐スラッジ性樹脂層は、22℃の温度下における、水に対する接触角が32°以下である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の胆管留置用ステント。
- 前記ステントの外周表面に凹凸が形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の胆管留置用ステント。
- 筒状の金属メッシュチューブからなるステント本体と、前記ステント本体の外周及び/又は内周を覆うカバー部材とを備えたステントの内周面、又は、筒状の樹脂チューブで構成されたステントの内周面に、アクリル酸2−メトキシエチルを重合して得られるポリマーを0.1〜0.5質量%含有するコーティング液を塗布して、前記ステントの内周面を、前記ポリマーを含む耐スラッジ性樹脂層で被覆することを特徴とする胆管留置用ステントの製造方法。
- 前記ステントの中心軸を回転軸として前記ステントを回転させつつ、前記ステントの内周面に前記コーティング液を連続的または間欠的に滴下して、前記ステントの内周面に前記コーティング液を塗布する請求項6に記載の胆管留置用ステントの製造方法。
- 前記アクリル酸2−メトキシエチルを重合して得られるポリマーを、水に6時間以上浸漬もしくは攪拌させて精製処理して用いる請求項6又は7に記載の胆管留置用ステントの製造方法。
