Abstract
Description
図1から図16を参照して、第1実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置に関する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る車両のスケルトン図、図2は、第1実施形態に係る車両の入出力関係図である。
後進走行をする場合、エンジン走行中は、第一回転機MG1がジェネレータとして発電を行い、第二回転機MG2がモータとして力行し、負回転して負トルクを出力して走行する。バッテリの充電状態が十分であるときは、単独駆動EVモードで第二回転機MG2が単独で逆回転してモータ走行するようにしてもよい。また、第二キャリア24を固定して両駆動EVモードで後進走行することも可能である。
次に、ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−1の変速制御について説明する。HV_ECU50は、HVハイモードとHVローモードとの切り替えを行う場合、第一遊星歯車機構10と第二遊星歯車機構20とを同時に変速させる協調変速制御を実行する。HV_ECU50は、協調変速制御において、第一遊星歯車機構10および第二遊星歯車機構20の一方の変速比を増加させ、他方の変速比を減少させる。

ここで、ベースMG1トルクは、例えば、変速前のMG1トルクである。また、Kp,Kd,Kiは、それぞれPDI制御の係数である。

ここで、dNgはMG1回転数の変化率(以下、単に「回転数変化率」と称する。)である。回転数変化率dNgの目標値(目標dNg)は、予め定められている。ΔdNgは、下記式(7)で算出されるものであり、目標dNgに対する実際の回転数変化率(実dNg)のずれ量である。なお、上記式(6)のPDI制御の係数Kp,Kd,Kiは、上記式(3)の係数Kp,Kd,Kiと異なるものであってもよい。

図17から図24を参照して、第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態については、上記第1実施形態で説明したものと同様の機能を有する構成要素には同一の符号を付して重複する説明は省略する。本実施形態に係る車両100の機械的な構成は上記第1実施形態の車両100の構成と同様とすることができる。
上記第1実施形態および第2実施形態では、イナーシャ相において、目標dNgに対応する第一回転機MG1のイナーシャトルクをゼロ化するように第一回転機MG1の反力トルクが補正された(上記式(5)参照)が、これに代えて、実際の回転数変化率dNgより第一回転機MG1のイナーシャトルクを算出し、当該イナーシャトルクをゼロ化するように第一回転機MG1の反力トルクが補正されてもよい。また、目標dNgに代えて、推定した回転数変化率dNgよりイナーシャトルクを算出し、当該イナーシャトルクをゼロ化するように第一回転機MG1の反力トルクが補正されてもよい。
上記第1実施形態および第2実施形態において、MG1回転数のアンダーシュートの発生タイミングに基づいて、係合油圧の学習値が補正されてもよい。係合油圧は、ブレーキBK1やクラッチCL1が係合し始める油圧である。MG1回転数のアンダーシュート発生タイミングが早いほど係合油圧学習値を低減側に、遅いほど係合油圧学習値を増加側に補正する。トルク相の開始時にMG1回転数のアンダーシュートが発生する点を利用して、係合油圧のトルク伝達開始タイミングを精度よく検出可能であり、高精度な学習制御が可能である。
上記第1実施形態および第2実施形態において、MG1回転数の変動量に基づいてトルク相やイナーシャ相の開始を検出することに代えて、MG1回転数の変化率に基づいてトルク相やイナーシャ相の開始を検出するようにしてもよい。例えば、MG1回転数の変化率の大きさが所定値以上である場合にトルク相やイナーシャ相が開始したと判定されてもよい。この所定値は、運転者が違和感を感じないレベルの値、例えば違和感を与えない上限値とされてもよい。
上記第1実施形態および第2実施形態では、機関がエンジン1であったが、エンジン1に代えて、他の機関が車両100に搭載されてもよい。また、第一遊星歯車機構10および第二遊星歯車機構20は、ダブルピニオン式であってもよい。また、第一差動機構および第二差動機構は、遊星歯車機構10,20に代えて、他の差動機構であってもよい。

Claims (5)
- 機関と接続され、前記機関の回転を伝達する第一差動機構と、
前記第一差動機構と駆動輪とを接続する第二差動機構と、
前記第一差動機構を変速させる切替装置とを備え、
前記第二差動機構は、前記第一差動機構の出力要素に接続された第一回転要素と、第一回転機に接続された第二回転要素と、第二回転機および前記駆動輪に接続された第三回転要素とを有し、
前記機関を動力源とする走行中に、前記切替装置による前記第一差動機構の変速が開始された後のトルク相において、前記第一回転機の反力トルクを補正する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記切替装置によって前記第一差動機構を変速させるときの前記機関の出力トルクが一定または前記出力トルクの変化率が所定値未満である
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記トルク相における前記第一回転機の回転数のアンダーシュートを抑制できるように前記反力トルクを補正する
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記変速は、アップシフトであり、前記反力トルクの補正は、前記反力トルクを低減させるものである
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記変速は、ダウンシフトであり、前記反力トルクの補正は、前記反力トルクを増加させるものである
